Overall all great. Item was packaged well and sealed. Games look great displayed. Item still had some minor scuffs inside near where the game slots are from the acrylic slightly rubbing, but luckily it’s not too noticeable. If I had more games I would definitely buy again for myself or buy as a gift.

The Switch games are so small that your bound to loose them, step on them or misplace them. Hagibis makes it so your games are always in clear sight, protected, dust free & easy to take with you. I always took my games with me in a bigger case that held 8-12 games & never got to play more than 3. I bought 2 on the fly & now will be ordering 6 more. The novelty will get you at first then you will see everything I stated above is true. I have told every gamer I know to get this game case & everyone that did got more than one. I love this case.

This is just a beautiful way to store your switch games. Its small, elegant, and makes it very easy to find the game you want quickly. I wouldnt suggest this for younger players, as it really isnt portable or kid-friendly. But if you are an older gamer with a more permanent gaming setup, this greatly accentuates your display of technology.

[Update] Finally got a response from seller. I was told the delay in reply was due to new year holiday. After I got the reply, the seller quickly sent me a replacement and the replacement is all good without any problem. So I am updating the rating. Its a good product after all. Really good design especially if you like to display your collection of cartridges. Excellent product for adults. My unit arrived scratched up. So there is definitely quality issue. I also noticed that even the product description also mentions that some units may have scratches and when that happens, contact the company. The problem is, I sent two messages to the company regarding the issue and waited but with no response. I really like the design. The idea is great. The pictures advertised is nice. For the design , I would give 5 stars. But with the quality issue and the lack of support, i cannot recommend it.

I really like acrylic things and for my gaming setup I wanted to have a cute way to display the cartridges of games Id beaten. This little case is gorgeous and is a perfect display for my setup. I cant rate its durability or travel-use as I use it for display. only. Its beautiful though! Cartridges fit perfectly in their little slots.
