Halo came with one. So I purchased a second one for the other home so I will always have one no matter where I am at it fits and works like described

If you lost your original, this replaces it perfectly. Good as original.

Glad I was able to find a replacement. I thought my Halo Bolt had stopped working. I did not realize that it was the adapter.

It was offered as a suggested purchase with the BOLT product which makes one assume that it is not included with the BOLT. There is an AC charge adapter included and one only needs this if they wish to have an additional AC charger.

I have same problem as many have described cord is thin and easily breaks right where cord meets rubber. I plugged it in heard sizzling and crackling luckily I didnt get shocked. I was going to order OEM, glad I read the reviews. I will do some research to find a better quality aftermarket wall charger.
