The package came damaged. Controller skin is damaged with scratches and covered in raised bumps. Super disappointed. Looks like it has been used.

100 dollars just to be met with faulty parts within three months is insane to me. I have controllers that have lasted years longer with no issues, only to find this controller has stick drift already which makes so many games frustrating. Terrible return window, no opportunity to reach out to a support team that Ive found. A beautiful controller on the outside ruined by cheap internals. Its never been dropped and Id been keeping it so clean too. Shameful

Worked fine for a month then stopped working completely. Why did I waste my money on something I can’t even use. Would give zero stars if possible.

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter and she is very happy with the colors and says it’s easy for her to hold.

Controller came in great condition, looked as expected and Ive had it for about a month so far and havent had any issues with it

Had the controller for 2 months and it stopped working. It will not place inputs into xbox and Ive already re sync it twice. And power cycled it...

The controller is beautiful. Giftable to a service member or veteran. The controller is the standard XBOX S/X controller with a USB-C connection (for PC users) so nothing remarkable or unremarkable to say about the controller. The artwork is nice and Id buy again.

Cool looking controller, poor packaging and defective product.

Looks nice, haven’t had any issues with it so far.

Got this for my granddaughter and she loved it for Christmas.
