Noticed it when taking it off the baggage carousel for the very 1st time. Amazon return expired yesterday couldnt do much as I was out of the country and the original packaging was at may home.

> 24 hourI have used the set once for a trip. I pack scuba gear so my luggage is heavy and it held up good so far. The smallest piece could be a little bigger but other than that I recommend buying the set.

The handle is easy to pull out and is very sturdy (I havent tested this in a real trip yet but the way it holds seems quite well-built to me). The spinners work great! Overall, I think this is a great product. Also, the customer service is superb! I decided to return the piece because The style isnt quite my style. I was contacted by the company with an offer to pay for the return fee, which was beyond my expectations! I will buy from this company again!
