> 3 dayBLUF (Bottom Line Up Front) Very effective, value priced, dual purpose Fan/Battery Bank. What a great idea! A personal fan that can keep you cool for 5 - 16 hours (claimed) depending on which of the 6 speeds you choose (so it COULD run all night) and is claimed to recharge in 1.5 hours (Ill have to see if it really can use a Fast charger pulling all 2.4 amps - which would then take 1.67 hours to put in 4 amp hours). Also a neat feature is the power meter that shows you how much energy remains in the battery. It comes with a soft neck lanyard and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, you provide the charging block. So - as originally received, it came charged to 68%. I connected it through my digital tester to a USB port rated for 3 amps, but this device only pulled 0.85a. So I moved it over to my QC3 port - rate dropped to 0.82a. At 0.85a going from 69% (when I started my watch) to 100% (delta = 31% or 1.2 aH) Id expect charging to be finished in 1.47 hours. After 20 min, charging had dropped to 0.70a (74% charged). I removed the USB tester and directly connected the fan to the power supply (5v 3a port). 10 min later charge had increased by 2% with 22% remaining till full = estimate now is 110 min to full charge. FINALLY at 100%, a 31% overall increase, took 2 Hr 15 Min. So No - you cant fully charge this from empty to full in 1-1/2 hours as claimed. Rundown testing started at 100% battery and fan level 6 (High - moving a LOT of air). 1 hour later charge remaining was 76% (delta 24% suggesting a little more than 4 hours at full speed). Switched to Level 3 (?1/2 speed) - still moving lots of air dropping 16% over 82 minutes suggesting an 8.5 hour run-time at that speed. Then switched to Level 1 - still an effective breeze - dropping only 6% over 3.5 hours - suggesting a 58 hour run time at low speed. YMMV. Please note the above analyses assume linear battery charge/discharge characteristics which may not necessarily be the case.

> 3 dayThis is a rather speedy little fan. We love that it has a neck strap and it’s actually really soft. The other thing that we love is how it will be able to be bent in different angles, so that you can use it in a versatile manner. Another feature that we really like that is not on a lot of handheld fans is the feature to see how much percentage of the battery is left, as well as the level that you have it on.The other major perk is that it’s rechargeable! We are all about not having to buy more batteries or rechargeable ones. Totally recommend!

> 3 dayI live in the southeast of the U.S., and heat can come in different forms. When my family attends outdoor concerts and sports events, we like to have portable fans with us. The Portable Handheld Fan has impressive performance. This fan is versatile and can be used as a handheld, neck, or mini desk fan. It is also very compact and portable, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor use. The fan has a unique 180° foldable design that allows you to adjust the angle to your liking. It also has six-speed settings, which gives the fan a good kick on high settings. Sometimes when we are at quiet events, we have to be mindful of the noise from our fans; I like that this fan is quiet. It is barely audible on the highest speed setting, making it perfect for use in quiet environments like offices or libraries. Once fully charged, the fan lasts about 12 hours of use on a single charge. It can be charged using any USB port, which is very convenient. This fan is compact in size and can easily fit into a pocket or purse, making it easy to take with you wherever you go. Overall, I like the fan and recommend it to anyone looking for a portable fan.

> 3 dayThis fan checks all the boxes for me. Its quiet, it has amazing air throw from levels 1-6, It lasts all night or day without needing a charge, its posable and it even has a string to hang it around my neck if I wanted to have it with me. I keep it clamped to my work desk for all-day enjoyment. If I plug it in, it will work while charging! 5-star product.

> 3 dayI didnt know how much I really needed this little rechargeable fan until I actually had it! This is a small, lightweight fan that is great to carry around on hot, humid days to give you a little relief from the heat. Nice powerful air and easy to flip and tuck in your purse or manuever for comfort

> 3 dayThis fan is strong enough for the size! I put it on my bathroom counter for when I blow dry my hair because i get so hot in the summer. Sometimes in those ‘warm moments’ you need a quick cool down, this is PERFECT for that! I’m taking this with me everywhere from now on lol…it’s quiet and i love it!

> 3 dayThis fan arrived with 80% power right outta the box. As pictured, I have other hand/stand/hang portable fans and I still like them. In fact I can use them for cross-ventilation if necessary. Those two are great but they only have 3 speeds and, unlike this unit, they must be strapped in place when upright so they wont move. I also like this fan because: 1- Its multi-positionable. 2- It has 6 speeds. 3- The metallic rim around the grill brings a little class. 4- The provided lanyard securely connects via interface spaces on either side of the grill to permit hanging. 5- The charging/on indicator is a green lightning bolt that also vividly displays the power level. 6- The provided charging cable is a decent length. 7- This unit also serves as a charging bank. Big plus! 8- Its relatively quiet, louder at higher speeds as can be expected, but not annoyingly so. 9- I ran it for approximately two hours right outta the box on first speed setting and the power level was still at 52%.

> 3 dayFor such a little fan it’s surprisingly powerful. It has multiple power levels and it will go for about 2-3 hours straight before the battery dies

> 3 dayThis is a surprisingly quiet and powerful handheld rechargeable fan that you can also hang on your neck to provide airflow for your face or use as a charger for your phone. The fan really is super quiet. In fact, its quieter than any of the other portable fans that my wife and I have (and we have quite a few). It does make a slight high-pitched whirring sound, which gets progressively louder as you increase the speed, but it didnt bother either of us. Even at the highest, sixth speed, I didnt think it was loud, and Im pretty sensitive to fan noises. The fan is also incredibly powerful. My wife and I both think its entirely adequate at even the lowest of the six speeds when held at arms length. I tried it on a console over 5 feet away from my easy chair and found the airflow just right at the lowest speed. Keep in mind that the airflow covers a fairly narrow area, so its mostly for cooling your face. The fan has a smooth black plastic surface thats free of mold marks. The openings in the fan cover grill are small enough to prevent a finger from coming into contact with the spinning fan blade. The reflective metallic orange strip on the fan cover looks really nice. The removable hanging cord has a very nice, soft feel, though I think the white color of the cord is a bit of a design miss on the black fan and may get dirty if you use the fan outdoors. The fan feels solid at 200g (about the same as an iPhone 14 Plus) but isnt too heavy to hold or hang from your neck. It has a small flat base that provides stable support if you want to put it on a desk or table. It even has an LED display showing percentage of charge remaining. The fan head swivels up and down (but not sideways--you just rotate the base for that). This is my favorite portable fan for close-up use on a desk or cabinet near a sofa or easy chair, mainly because it is so quiet and small. My wife also likes to use it hanging from her neck and its her favorite for that. Given the features and low price, I think its almost perfect.
