Very difficult to get the charger to engage and start charging.

Its very good for short ranges. It takes along time to charge but once charged it lasts for a quite awhile. The 3 speeds are very good.

I love this fan! It is lightweight and will fit easily into a purse or bag. I had another portable fan that had a base, detachable propeller and was powered by a D-cell battery. It was bulky and something always fell off in my purse, which made it a pain to use quickly. This one is slimmer because it is rechargeable, and it has no pieces that can get lost in the depths of a bag. Just grab and go! The three speeds are great and the lowest is the most quiet. The middle and fastest speeds are a bit noisier, but not bad. I mainly got it for my five minute “tropical vacations,” for which it is fantastic....I’m already planning on buying additional fans as gifts for some of my friends. The only thing I cannot attest to as of yet is the battery life, but I’m planning on keeping it charged up on a regular basis. It comes with the usb cord, but not plug. There is an on switch at the bottom of the unit - turn it on to be able to charge or to use. As it charges, the button to change speeds flashes red. While in use, the ring is white. Extremely pleased with this fan. I got the dark blue, which is almost black, and it is available in white and pink, as well. UPDATE: After having this fan for a while, I just wanted to add how much I still LOVE this fan! Battery life is really, really good. Every time I’ve pulled it out of my bag, it’s worked like a champ. I just recharge it from time to time. For example, in the past month I’ve only charged it once and have not run out of a charge. Of course, I only use it in about 5 minute intervals, so if you use if for longer of course you will have to charge more often. Every time I’ve used it, someone asks me what brand it is and where I got it. And I just ordered four more to give as gifts and will probably order others for Christmas presents. This is an excellent product at a very reasonable price!

I waited to try this item out for awhile as I do not review much. I wanted a handheld fan to help dry my liquid concealer before applying dry foundation. This fan is amazing. It has a strong air flow and three settings. I am always in a hurry, so the high speed please! It is solid, well-built and the base stands very well as there is a rubber ring there. I would travel with it but it is a bit too heavy and I did not buy it for that. Not sure about energy life, but that there are no batteries to remove and replace? LOVE IT. I am very happy.

Got this for an outdoor concert in July during a brutal heatwave. Charged it overnight and it fit just right in my Fanny pack. It is slightly bulky, however the power of the fan is surprisingly strong, so I think thats a fair trade off. It has 3 settings, I kept it on the highest setting for almost the entire night and didnt notice any battery issues. I do wish it was somehow foldable to be more compact, but its not so big that its a nuisance or doesnt fit in my small concert venue approved bags. Absolutely recommend to someone who sweats easily like me, its nice for indoors too!

This is the perfect for hot stuffy hotel rooms as well as drying the laundry that you did partway through your 2 week trip. In a humid climate, your laundry hanging in the bathroom will never dry without this little wonder.

It’s sleek, quality material, and has multiple levels of fan. Really beyond expectations for the price.
