Wanted a steam cleaner to help me remove fabric softener build up from the top of the washing machine drum. After looking at about 20+ different ones, decided on this one because you can add water without having to completely cool it off and it had a large capacity. This one did not disappoint, it essentially melted the fabric softener and then I just wiped it away with a towel. Could not believe how quick it was to clean it, the first pic was taken after about 10 minutes. Had to use 2 towels to get everything cleaned out, which is what Im washing in the second picture, and I did have to fill it twice to get everything done, but that delay was minimal since I didnt have to restart the whole system to add more water. It took very little effort to get to the second picture; it is now my favorite cleaning tool.

This steamer has a lot of good qualities and a couple things I would have done differently. This is my first time buying it using a steamer so I was not aware that hand held is actually a horrible idea. I would much rather use a long hose to keep the weight of my steamer out of my hands. The stream is hot and powerful. I cleaned a lot of my house but some things felt like they were cleaned better than others. It did not feel like my bathroom was being cleaned very well. Good for some uses suggested but not all.

Overall very well built, easy to use, would recommend. I used it to clean a light blue micro fiber couch. The couch does have fabric protection. The stains and dirt were from cats and some dribbles. I cleaned the spots with a sponge and followed up with the steam. Steam only took too long to soak the spots. Will be trying this on my shower doors next.

Honestly havent used it yet. Which which is why the 3 stars. This replaces a bigger one that was simply too large and cumbersome. I have learned that you have to respect the cleaning power of these things and the amount of hot vaporized water they produce. Less is best and operate it safely. imho

Fast pressure build-up, good pressure output, easy to fill, and use of attachments. The amount of water to steam could be improved; it only lasts approximately 10mins before needing to be refilled. The refill funnel is a great asset but could be improved by being made of stainless steel, instead of plastic. When refilling the reservoir, the threads are still quite hot and can melt the plastic if done too quickly, or left in place too long. Overall, the steamer works as stated and gets through calcium buildup, and has a concentrated steam burst that is great for getting debris from in between or under surfaces that meet together like toilet seat joints. Highly recommend.

Having to refill it often but now it doesn’t work so I’m out of $50. The steam is coming from the button you press instead of from the attachment. Light is not working either. I’d like a refund.

HOLY COW! I may or may not have spent a few hours doing an ADHD hyper focus clean but it was 100% with it. My floors feel amazing and you can actually see the dirt and grime lift while using it. I also used the Rubbermaid power scrapper on some spots for extra lift but I was not expecting the results I got!

Cleaner worked as it should for about 3 months -- occasional use. Then, during one use, it shut off abruptly. The electric heater system making the steam overloaded and shorted out. This isnt something really reparable on a $60 unit. The unit is now junk, unfortunately.

I like it for small projects. I like the ease of cleaning my storm window tracks and the kitchen sink, etc. I wouldnt use it for larger projects because of holding onto the machine part. It gets heavy for me since I am older and losing strength. Overall, it works wonders.

It is easy to use and has good safety fractures. It only issue I have is because it is small the steam runs out quicker, you have to let it build back up. So you you are doing a large job you must be patient or get a higher capacity machine. For small around the house cleaning it is great!
