When I first got this I was so excited! It started out great and then after the first day it lost half of its suction power. After I cleaned it out and charged it still didn’t have the best suction.

I bought this vacuum cleaner for cleaning interior of my kitchen cabinets. They are perfect to go to the corners and do a deep clean. The customer service is excellent as well! I asked a question about the charger and I got reply within 2 days.

This is a great vacuum especially for a college dorm, or to use in your car. I was having minor issues with the charger and eventually left it behind at my parents house, but customer service representative (Lily) sent me an entire new vacuum (with the charger) as they were out of stock of just the charger. Great product and great experience with customer service!

About 4 months ago I contacted TaoHorse to request a replacement charger for the vacuum since I accidentally broke the original charger and couldn’t find a replacement anywhere. One of their reps named Lily said she would send me the charger free of charge. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the charger, but Lily reached out to me and explained the reason for the delay and was very apologetic about it. To compensate me for the long wait, she sent not only the charger but a new vacuum as well. I received it about 2 days later. That’s what I call excellent customer service. Thank you so much, Lily! This is a great little odds-and-ends vacuum. I use it in the kitchen, especially when I dont want to drag out the full size - and it does a great job! In addition, I recently dropped part of this when I was emptying it out and chipped a part of the casing. Not a huge deal, but it wasnt something that I could fix myself. I reached out to the seller to see if they could help (I had purchased it 2 years ago so my hopes werent high), and they went above and beyond to get it fixed! I would definitely recommend buying!

I got this vacuum to help clean up fuzz and litter in my one bedroom apartment! It does the job, and it’s super easy to clean. You can also clean it without touching the stuff inside of it which I appreciate. When I accidentally lost my charger, they sent me a new one with no charge. Great company! I 10/10 recommend buying from this brand! Can’t beat the price!

HBe had other hand held vaccuns before, Dirt devils, etc. never had one I thought would Earn my praise; this one has! It’s light Weight with nice variet of attachments for different types pick ups. GVd not run it long enough to know how long the charge lasts but so far so good ;think you will be happy with this purchase I can’t believe it vacuums up water as well. That’s where I would draw the line— don’t want to foul it up. Go get one— price is right as well. Emptying the dirt as very simple too.

I purchased this vacuum over a year ago and am still impressed by its performance. I use this in the house, when I’m picking up crumbs and pet hair, and in the car to pick up the bits and pieces of debris that collect there. Not mentioned in the description is that there is a small flap that closes off the part that collects dirt. This flap makes it possible to vacuum insects and keep them contained until you can release them outside. Visitors to our home who have seen this vacuum in action have been similarly impressed and have purchased one. There may be other vacuums out there with qualities that rival this one but it is unlikely that they have customer support that comes close to the Taohorse. When I broke a part by dropping my vacuum on a hard floor, customer service replaced it without hesitation. I recommend this vacuum highly and without reservation.

So much to love about this hand held vac. First, the compact size is wonderful for my small apt. I can plug it in & leave it on the side of my bathroom counter. I takes up a small amount of space. The suction power of this little guy is great. It comes with useful brush attachments. Convenient USB charging with bright indicator lights. Easy peasy to empty & clean. They also made it “pretty” (aqua & white). I just love it & use it all the time. I think it is a great value for the price. Highly recommend.

I keep this charged up in the garage to use for crumbs and street debris that winds up on the floors. Its nose is a little too thick to manipulate into smaller areas, but its a handy vac to keep around
