Greater than one weekGreat quality and fit! I love these. There is a seam on the back that separates the bottom 1/3 of the onsie. That is different from of the other brands i buy so just a note in case that kind of thing bothers you :) my 12 month old is 29.5 inches and 22 lbs and the 12 - 18 months size fits him great with some room to grow.
