> 3 dayThis bag is excellent quality. The material feels soft but strong. This bag also doesn’t look super huge on the outside but holds SO MUCH! I purchased it because I loved the design but would absolutely buy it again in a heartbeat because of how great I realized it was when it arrived.

> 3 dayHave brought this on many planes and then took to London as underseat personal item (my daughter has same one). Both of ours were packed full and hers included her laptop and cords. No problem on United flight underseat and mine included my headphones, fleece blanket and travel pillow, along with a lot of other smaller items. Fit perfectly over my luggage handle even rolling around London sidewalks and onto/off busses and underground! My daughters has travelled even more. Great buy and holds up really well. Even holds a contiguous water bottle on outside as well as a small umbrella.

> 3 dayI use this for work each day and it was perfect on a recent work trip. This bag holds way more than you would expect. Fits perfectly under the seat in front of you on a plane. Comfortable padded straps.

Greater than one weekI am super picky about my backpacks, I did some intense research after a promotion at work and started taking my laptop home with me. I needed a water-resistant backpack as I live in Alaska and snow is very prevalent most of the year. Needed to fit in my lunch bag, average size but with differing containers each day, side pockets for a 40 oz Hydroflask, a pair of gloves, charging cords, pads, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Everything fits great so far! I am a smaller person at 5, and the straps are very adjustable even with a fairly heavy load they are padded well. The extra differing size front pockets are a great addition and I put all my frequent-use items in them so they do not get lost in the main pack part. The laptop sleeve fits my 15-inch Dell work laptop great, even can sneak a standard-size notebook in with it. The back strap is nice as well to secure the laptop so it cant get jostled around from the car to and from work every day. I can put in an extra pair of shoes as well in it and my purse, a smaller size one. All told the backpack does get pretty heavy but I cannot say the comfort past 20 minutes of constant use as I only wear it to wear it from my office and to inside my house. The little leather strap for the top handles is a great addition since some days I do not feel like putting the backpack on fully and merely carrying it in. Great backpack, at a great price, and would purchase it again.

19-11-2024I havent actually used this backpack yet, but am SO impressed with the quality, the features, and the fact that its built so you can stand it on the floor and it holds itself open with a lightweight metal frame around the top -- so easy to use as an overnight bag, daypack, etc. There are MANY pockets including a battery-sized webbed section inside a bigger front pocket where theres a solidly-constructed opening for a charger wire. We are headed to Europe, and I wanted something with a trolley strap to make it easy to use with my suitcase. It will be perfect!

> 3 dayMy daughter uses it for school, and LOVES it. The large gator mouth opening at the top makes getting her larger books and binders out much easier. She loves all the storage, and how the pockets are well located. Very pleased with the backpack.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this backpack. It is constructed unlike any other backpack with its structured wide mouth in the main compartment. So many pockets. I cannot say enough positive things about this backpack. I recently took it along with my carry-on to California and it held 15 pounds of assorted items and it was very comfortable to carry on my back. It held everything I wanted to take with me. It was worth the price.

Greater than one weekI own a large canvas backpack but decided to look for something more lightweight for a trip to Florida with layovers to and from. Never heard of Hap Tim before but decided to give it a try. I love this bag! Very well made with thoughtful attention to details such as compartment sizes and ease of access. Especially like the main compartment zip opening! Im a small person and the carry straps were more narrow and suited to my small frame. Very sleek and polished looking too if you care about that. I purchased the blue which looks like denim but with a smooth feel. I didnt even carry a laptop but felt the extra padding protected my tablet and other belongings. Fit easily under airline seat or overhead bin. Very pleased with quality!

> 3 dayAfter a very thorough amount of research and due diligence I purchased this backpack for international air travel with hope it would replace a bulky carry-on suitcase. My expectations were exceeded, and this bag is the best backpack available. Ive used it daily for six weeks, and if for whatever reason it were to spontaneously combust on my back, I would still reorder it. This bag is expertly designed. Tremendously useful pockets, pocket placement, and pocket access. Due to the number of pockets and the way the backpack opens, the amount of stuff this bag holds is incredible. I was able to fit a laptop, iPad, two phones, over-ear headphones, charging cables, a bag of my toiletries, keys, 18oz water bottle, wallet, passport, notebook, novel, a pair of flats, and a change of clothes into this bag. And even packed this substantially, it was still wearable. While its most comfortable when its not packed to 20 lbs, the padded straps still offer support at this heavier weight. The bag fits easily under most airplane seats, and the luggage strap also works very effectively if you are carrying additional luggage. I was so impressed with this backpack for travel, it just became my day bag. I take it to work; I use it for errands and groceries, and I even sleep with it (that last part isnt true). Look no further for the best backpack. Just order!

> 3 dayI have a 40L Osprey backpack for serious traveling, but it just tickles the edge of allowed carry-on dimensions. I was flying to pick up a puppy and wanted a smaller bag so I had less backpack to deal with while carrying a puppy in *her* bag. I bought two different daypacks, and was unhappy with both. Returned them. The laptop bags were too large for me, as the largest writing electronic I carry is a Samsung 10+ tablet. I didnt need the extra size and weight of a laptop bag. Then I happened on this pack. Ordered it, wondering if Id be returning it as well. Nope! The size was just right, as was the fit for a 55 woman. I took my 10-inch tablet, a smaller tab for reading, and various other items. Lots of cool pockets inside and out, and while its not marketed as an anti-theft pack, the zippers all have snug flaps over them so the zippers arent just hanging out for everyone to see. I bought the gray one, as I believed it would show dirt less than some of the others--and I didnt want a boring black one. The shoulder straps fit well, and the pack was neither too tall at the top, nor extended too low at the bottom. It is a mid-size bag, not one appropriate for long trips, but it works beautifully for shorter trips. Im now using it for my gym backpack, and its perfect when Im taking water bottle, clothing, towel, and shower shoes as well as hair accessories. PROS: Everything about it. CONS: None so far.
