The outside pockets are great for water bottles but not for smaller items, they’ll slip right out. Including your water bottle from time to time. And, not to mention, only a couple months in the backpack strap broke! The buckle that held the strap in place snapped in half. From there I tried to super glue it, which worked for about a month and then it snapped off again. Disappointing! I can’t even use the backpack anymore because of it. Wish it was more durable. I got it in August and it didn’t even make it 3 months before the issue.
