My 2 year old learned the alphabet from this puzzle— she absolutely loves it. My Jack Russell terrier also enjoyed eating a few letters so this is actually my second purchase of the puzzle. Whatever keeps them happy.

My 22 month old got this for Christmas and loves it! She likes to point to the letters and ask what they are. I’m sure it will be great as she gets older too.

This is a top alphabet puzzle with lovely colors and a solid feeling to them. Just right for smaller hands.

We bought this puzzle in February ’20 for our high functioning autistic 4-year-old to help him learn his letters. The puzzle is incredibly sturdy and well made. It took our son a month of at-home preschool before he was singing the alphabet and pointing out letters correctly. My only complaint is that Hape doesn’t make a lowercase version. Other alphabet puzzles on Amazon just don’t compare to the quality of this one. To put it another way, as a former preschool teacher I can say that this puzzle would hold up for years in a toddler room at a daycare.

I first saw this in a church and my son was fascinated with it, so later on we bought this in preparation for a long trip overseas and it did not disappoint! We dont have a lot of space to pack all the toys so we picked this one and a couple books. Our then 22mo old really enjoyed the shape and sort in the beginning and later started learning these letters, it kept him occupied the entire trip. Would highly recommend.

Bought this for my sons first birthday, by 20 months he was able to tell me most of the letters, the ones he couldn’t say he was able to point out and knew where they all went on the puzzle. He didn’t show a ton of interest in it at first, but once he did it became one of his favorite puzzles to play with. The puzzle board has taken a beating and has been thrown down steps, stepped on, and whatever else a puzzle can withstand and it’s still in great shape. No cracks or bending after almost a year. Some of the letters have little chips, which I think is more than expected by this point but there’s no splintering. Highly recommend

I loved the colors. However once I unpacked the letters I noticed that a lot of them had peeled or not been painted thoroughly. Disappointing because it really is a nice set of letters. Not sure if they all come like this but I’ll be returning for another if they allow it.

Quality not so great. Wood paint is chipped on lots of letters, and if the inner part of the wool board is painted with color would be better
