> 24 hourI needed a portable projector for software demonstrations for training and sales meetings. When searching for a product, I needed a projector with a higher light output and good resolution. Searched Amazon for high ratings but also high volumes of ratings. The price was phenomenal as well! This hit the mark! When I received the product I was mildly surprised that it included a cloth screen to project to. Not expected. What was missing was a case to carry the product to meetings with. Id rather have the case. The unit was too large to fit in my huge briefcase. When setting up, it was very easy to setup. The remote control didnt have any supplied batteries but I had AAA batteries on hand, so no problem. When projecting, it was hard to get an overall focus across the whole screen. Parts of my presentation were in focus, but the upper right corner was not, but you could focus it but then the lower parts of the display were out of focus. The resolution made it nearly impossible for the viewer to read the buttons or text on the software screen. Did a trial run watching Rogue One, but had to wait until the sun set and lights off to watch streaming from laptop. It was a tough viewing, but certainly watchable. Didnt realize this projector had speakers so ran audio from laptop. I thought about it and contemplated what to do. I went to my meeting with my laptop and a 22 USB display instead. This was the toughest call in deciding to return it. I suspect the largest factor in high volume / high ratings is the low cost. For my needs, it was below the bar. I did like the product, great look to it. Adjustable foot, adequate adjustments!

> 24 hourWe got this projector with included screen for under $60. We did not expect a lot given the cheap price but we’re pleasantly surprised. We unboxed this as soon as it delivered just to check it out. Turning it on to our blue wall not even using the white screen it came with we were shocked at how clear and well we could see the picture considering it was day time as well. We had a brief moment of “oh crap” when we hooked up our iPhone using the lightning to hdmi adapter we bought separately because even though it mirrored the phone it would not play Netflix or Prime video. After lots of research we saw that the off brand adapters do not get passed the copyrights Netflix etc has. While yes you can hook up a ruku or fire stick to access them we needed to able to do it on our phones because we bought the projector for our camping trips “no WiFi”. I purchased an apple brand lightning to hdmi converter cord which was not cheap, almost $50 but totally worth it!! It works for Netflix and Hulu. I’m getting an error message when trying to play a movie from Prime but hopefully I can get that error resolved. For anyone who wants to stream or watch downloaded content from Netflix or Hulu you can absolutely do it from an iPhone if you have the apple adapter. Can’t wait to try this out on the included screen in the dark! Will update my review once we do. Update: I still get a “play back error” message when trying to play a downloaded movie on Prime video but am now able to stream movies on Prime using my cell phone data. Not ideal but it is what it is. We have watched downloaded movies on Netflix and also Max with no WiFi with out issues. This projector has added lots of family entertainment to our camping trips!!

> 24 hourGot the projector a few weeks ago and have only used it 3 times so far so not sure about its long term use as of right now, however its decently bright and produces audio better than I was expecting but id still recommend using a speaker with it. Its very easy to use with a bluetooth speaker though takes a minute or two to sync with bluetooth, asides from that the maximum zoom in is 25 and the projector needs to be close to the provided screen unless you are willing to fork out extra cash to get a bigger projector screen or similar material for the projector. The 100 screen isnt quite big enough for the projector to display within the provided screens border unless you place it at most 5-6 feet away from the screen otherwise youd need a 150+ screen to cath the display. I have not used the remote yet for the projector since I havent bothered to buy the triple A batteries needed so unless that has rotational control inputs might want to set the projector up at a slight angle and on a taller surface, my projector is at a slight angle projection wise and the adjustment dials do not change the angle it gets shown. optional things that do not detract from the product but help your experience: finding a phone to hdmi adapter will let you use the projector on the go easier than the provided hdmi connector, (tv/computer connection easily) since the cable isnt too long and is 1 foot long or so, the power cable is also close to that length and getting a 20-50ft extension cord is a good idea if you want to set this up anywhere an outlet isnt. My total cost on this project was only $200+ since I set up a pvc pipe stand to hang up the screen, buying the pvc parts was equivalent in price to an inflatable projector screen you can buy on amazon or other websites for around $110, $15 for a 50ft extension cable, and a 3outlet wall port for $10 to make the setup.

> 24 hourThis projector often goes on sale and for the price paid, its certainly a deal. I highly recommend buying it but have reasonable expectations. Its a great budget projector but not perfect. Specs are a bit exaggerated. However, the results are sometimes surprisingly good. PROS: Easy to set up, plug & play out of the box, good vibrant colors (not all), compatible with most streaming devices, decent for some gaming, passable speakers, 4:3 & 16:9 aspect ratio, HDMI & AV, and extremely budget-friendly. CONS: Focusing: Its difficult to get the entire screen in focus, but read other reviews/tips and you can get a more focused image by having the keystone off balance. I found that having the keystone in balance would result in only the center of the image being in focus and the top & bottom of the image would be very blurry. Also, you can try moving the keystone until the entire image is blurry then adjusting the focus ring. Brightness/Colors - Vibrant colors like neon & pastels look great. However, scenes that have a lot of daylight or night colors can look washed out or too dark. Inputs - Only one HDMI port & One AV Port. 2 HDMI ports would have been perfect but you can buy a cheap HDMI switcher to solve this problem. Image Rotation - Its great that theres an option to rotate the image upside down if you ceiling mount the device. However, there is no option to rotate the image vertically. Im sure they could easily add this feature in a firmware update. It would be perfect for art displays, presentations, and playing vertical-based games. I had to buy a tripod with a vertical ball head to accomplish this. Audio/Bluetooth - Internal speakers are passable but youre better off using an external speaker. Bluetooth directly from the projector would have to be re-paired with every use and the volume was fairly low. I recommend using the Bluetooth from your streaming device to connect to an external speaker. Menu & Remote - Both are a bit repetitive and some menu options do nothing. Like the Surprise option. Picture Mode - This is presets of contrast, brightness, tint, etc...Only 1 profile can be customized. Two or more would have been great. Overall, this is a good budget projector especially when it goes on sale. I highly recommend buying it and if you dont already have one a chromecast with google TV is a great combo with this projector.

> 24 hourThis projector has spoiled me for TV anymore. I’m able to watch all my favorite streaming services from my Firestick plugged in. I project straight onto my wall for a ‘screen’ that is at least 100 inches! I also love hooking up my Nintendo Switch to it. Now with my first projector, there was a defect of an orange spot that grew over time and distorted the colors. I was so bummed and thought I had wasted money. I was so wrong! I emailed customer service and in under 48 hours had a new projector and this one is absolutely gorgeous with the picture. The speed and kindness was incredible. Plus, I’ve never had a system that was so easy to set up. Plug and play at its finest. The only improvement I could make in this device is a sleep timer so that it turns off after a set time, since I have a tendency to fall asleep to a movie at night.

> 24 hourWe wanted a projector for a few years, to watch movies outdoors. Ive been shopping a lot and never found an I expensive one that looked OK, decided to take a chance on this one. * claimed high brightness, which it does have. This lets us watch before complete dark. I dont have other projectors to compare directly, but it exceeds my expectations * claims high resolution, which isnt a huge concern for me for outdoor movies. Also exceeds my expectations - I didnt measure its native resolution but it handles 1080p60 signal and looks great at full size * includes a screen - these can be expensive, or included screen sometimes sucks. This screen is cloth, feels like t-shirt material, has a black border, and grommets. Easy to hang with bungee cords. * price was low on sale, we had been looking for one for some time but all we found were cheap and crappy or expensive, not much middle ground. Happy to report this one is inexpensive but pretty good quality. Havent had it long enough to know whether its super durable, but no complaints so far. Did not test indoor performance as a TV-replacement home theater projector, were only using it outdoors while camping or yard movies for neighborhood kids.

> 24 hourI bought this projector after doing a lot of research for most of the cheap projectors are either junk or die within a small time. As I live in Europe I did not want the risk of having to return the projector to the US. I found a stellar review of this projector on avsforum and after speaking with a author I ordered it. And indeed the image is fantastic, the projector is quite basic, but for the price you cant ask more. And I prefer to have basic features and good image quality than a few bells and whistles and a so-so image. Unfortunately the projector arrived with a small problem. I contact Happrun and the customer support was excellent, they replied on the same day and arranged for a replacement projector to be sent from Europe so I did not have to wait a long time. Overall I am most happy and I will certainly buy again another projector from Happrun in future.

> 24 hourJust got this projector a couple days ago and am quite impressed with it. Understand you are buying a product that normally goes for $500-3000 for under $100. With that being said this is native 1080p which even some name brand projectors still do not have. The image is pretty good with color replication being I would say 98% spot on, note that that actual ANSI Lumens for this is probably in the range of about 300-350 so you will need a darker room. It does come with speakers but you really shouldnt ever use the onboard audio on any projector, to that end they provide a 3.5 audio out as well as built in Bluetooth to pair to an audio device. For video input you have a single HDMI port and an RCA, both cables are provided, the unit also features 2 usb ports which provide power for your FireTV/Chromecast etc, or can be used for flash memory loading of movies or music. The included 100 inch projector screen is cloth and comes with 6 command hooks to hang it. While you dont need a screen to get an image I would recommend it as a wall painted anything but white and or if its textured wont work too well. There is a manual zoom, a digital zoom, and a manual vertical keystone adjustment only. This projector needs to be centered on its projection area but you can adjust for its height placement and distance. If you are looking for a capable, low cost projector to convert a blank wall into a huge TV in a low light/no light room then you really cannot beat this. Understand there are no bells and whistles beyond the very handy Bluetooth. This unit simply projects a 1080p native image from whatever you plugged into the HDMI, but with a TV stick of some kind which can provide plenty of media apps, what more can you really ask for under $100? I give the product 5 stars for being the best it can be at its price point against its competitors. 4 for image quality being good enough for most consumers 4 for brightness as you do need a dark room 2 for sound quality of the built in speakers which while loud as with almost every projector sounds muddled.

> 24 hourI was a little weary about buying a projector for this price. But I am totally happy that I did! I really havent had any problems. Only thing is it took a while to figure out how to play Netflix and Disney plus on it and the other movie apps because you cant mirror from those apps so using a HDMI/USB to a type c or a apple hook up it wont work. I mean itll work if you wanna see whats on your phone onto the projector but it wont work to play movies because again those apps do not allow mirroring. So I what I done and would recommend and thank God I had one already laying around the house was use a Roku box or a stick whichever you prefer I used the Roku box and hooked it up and viola it worked without any problems whatsoever. Just hook up the HDMI from projector to HDMI to Roku for the video and then the USB from projector to the Roku for power. And then what I did for the sound which you dont have to if you dont want to cause the projector does have speakers but if you want better and louder sound it does have a Bluetooth hookup so I used my JBL speaker to hook up to it and now it almost sounds like a surround sound type of sound. So I hooked it up in my sons room and he actually watches it instead of his TV now! Lol. He loves it. I love it. Def no complaints really. Def a great buy for the money. Youll be happy with this product!

> 24 hourI wasnt expecting much for a $50 projector, but was happily surprised at the quality of the picture, especially having true native 1080p. Being LED ratger than a classic halogen bulb is also a huge plus! Its not the brightest, but is perfect for movies in a medium to dark lit room and sufficient for most purposes at this price range. Its also fairly small and lightweight which is convenient for mounting on a tripod or wall mounted shelf. It has HDMI and USB, which is perfect for adding a simple Chromecast or other wireless streaming device and youve got a convenient and quite portable all-in-one projector. Only need to plug in a single power cable. The main negative is the limitation of the optics. The focus adjustment works well for a good range of distance, but the keystone adjustment is unusable as it slightly tilts the image behind the lens. This technically corrects the edge alignment, but also causes the focal range to be ineffective. The only way to focus the entire image is to keep the keystone adjustment right in the center. That also means the projector itself needs to be as close to perfectly centered on your screen or surface youre projecting to. Also, because the size of the screen is directky related to the distance of the projector to your screen, it can make ideal positioning very tricky. Technically the projector menu allows for a digital zoom adjust, which can shrink the image within the max dimensions - so you could have the projector back further and use a smaller screen. But what this does is lose resolution of your image, scaling it down digitally rather than optically with the lens. Lastly, the projector has Bluetooth capability for audio, so you can use a sound bar or earbuds, etc. This is pretty easy to set up and works well, but the audio to video sync is off by more than 200ms which at least with Chromecast is the max adjustment. So lip sync is off enough to be slightly annoying. Using a standard analog stereo mini jack to a speaker system, or routing your HDMI through a receiver first pretty much eliminates this issue so it really only affects Bluetooth audio and may not even be noticeable by everyone. Overall, Im really happy with this purchase! For $50 its an incredible value. If it were $100+, I might be less impressed. But really this is a super fun and affordable projector perfect for outdoor movie nights or other creative uses like rear projected Halloween FX, etc. I set this up on my screened in patio and have enjoyed watching YouTube and movies at night on a big screen. The included 100 screen is better than nothing, but is a very stretchy soft fabric which creates a slightly softer and dimmer image due to being somewhat thin for rear projection use too. I ended up using a smaller 88 pull down projection screen with a nice flat and opaque material which reflects light back brighter than the fabric. In conclusion, 5 stars because it does exactly what its supposed to do and was super cheap. I would not recommend this for a proper home theater installation, but as a audio/videophile, I really like it for what it is.
