Bulbs work, but they are not dimming as advertised for my lamp

I bought these looking for bulbs that would dim. These did not! The product description said they did dim, when I got them and put them in my salt lamp I found out I didnt get what I needed.

Not bright enough on highest dimmer setting on my Himalayan salt lamp.

I use them in my tiny dresser lamps. Perfect size and illumination.
