For the second time after returning the first item, there is still only 1 pack of 4 not 3 packs of 4 as advertised.

The quality of the handle is great, has a very comfortable hold and seems durable even in travel. I also enjoy the initial shave with a new razor head, several blades provides a very close and smooth shave. However, the blade itself seems to rust very quickly for some reason. I find that it lasts about a week of being left in my shower while a typical disposable razor seems to last twice as long in the same setting. Overall, I am changing the blades out so frequently that it becomes more expensive than alternative purchases.
