Awesome to look on the shelf and see Stan Lee smiling back

I was able to buy this figure for a very fair price considering that he is rising in value. Hows the figure, you may ask? I couldnt personally tell you, as the packaging is so nice I decided to display mine in the box. That wasnt the original plan, but from the silver embossing around the display window, the Excelsior! on the sides of the box, the Stan Lee signature prominently displayed both on the shield and on the window, and to the back of the box showing that this is based on his appearance in the first Avengers movie, I just think Hasbros choice of packaging does Stan Lee right. The man (along with several other amazingly talented writers, pencilers, inkers, etc...) created a universe that touched so many of our lives, and the reason I bought him was to honor his life, and what he meant to me growing up. If you bought him to play with, to pose with your other figures (& from what Ive seen he looks great when doing so), theres plenty of videos and photos out there to show you what youre getting. But if youre like me, and wanted something to display to show your appreciation for the man and what he created, just know that Hasbro did this one right and he will be a great addition to your collection whether in the box or out of it and surrounded by the characters he created and brought to life. Thank you for the lifetime of memories Stan, & thank you Hasbro for bringing us an affordable figure of him.

I look for fun gifts for SIL. He is/was huge Stan Lee fan. He enjoyed it and thats what matters most to me.

Worth having in your collection, seems to have issues with standing up with shield in arm but other than the occasional tipping - its a sweet figure!

My son is die hard fan for Marvel. Combine Stan Lee with the awesomeness of Cap’s Shield and you are in for one great Gift for a kid or adult! Great gift to share.
