11-06-20254oz is quite small, good for dipping sauces and microwaving small things. I havent tried baking with them, however, but I feel a bit inspired after seeing some other reviews. The blue glazing is beautiful and came well packaged.

> 3 dayThese small bowls are good quality. The finish is well done and the colors are nice. They will be great for nuts and even salsa. Easy to wash and take very little space to store.

> 3 dayWe like to keep an assortment of small bowls in our house for use as small serving dessert dishes and in tasks such as pre-measurement of ingredients, egg separation, and dipping sauces. This set of 6 ramekins in a 4 oz size are a little smaller than we usually have but they are nailing it as kimchi bowls and for mixing cooking spices. I chose the color Navy and I can tell you that they look as nice in person as they do in the product photos. The surfaces are easy to wash and not prone to staining. The porcelain is nice and thick and seems to be of decent quality. These bowls have turned out to be quite handy and my family is pleased with their performance...

> 3 dayThis review is for a set of 6 oven safe 6oz white ceramic ramekins. These are just as I expected theyre the perfect size for dipping, baking, ice cream, and I also use them to put my ingredients in when executing a recipe. I like and recommend this set its of oven safe, dishwasher safe, microwave safe, you can stack them, and they’re easy to clean.

> 3 dayFinally had a chance to use these for creme brulee recently (the ultimate test for ramekins) and they passed the oven and torch with flying colors! These are the traditional white color and a little bit deeper than most creme brulee vessels -- a lil less crunchy surface than an oval shape, but perfectly workable. Theyve been through the dishwasher a few times now and still look new. A solid quality option for your kitchen if youre looking for individual deserts, or even snacking bowls.

> 3 dayThese ramekins performed very well. I baked custard in them at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour (as pictured). The ramekins survived the oven without any issues. For clean-up, I was able to use my fingernail to remove the baked on egg and milk protein, which is typically very stubborn to remove (I sometimes need steel wool to clean my other ramekins). They survived the dishwasher without any problems, too. These ramekins are a bit deeper than other ramekins that I have used, and feel slightly lighter (in weight). Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
