I bought this for my unicorn-crazed nieces 6th birthday. Seems to be the perfect size for her.

My 6 yr old daughter was in love with it until it broke. It broke shortly before school get out & she went out of state & I wasnt told until after she got back a few weeks later. The handle had completely broken off. Considering I could have purchased a Wal-mart umbrella that would have cost less & probably lasted at least a year I am highly disappointed and wont be purchasing any more umbrellas from Amazon.

This umbrella matches the raincoat and boots which makes a very cute ensemble. I was a little bit surprised by the size as it seems a little smaller than anticipated. But we only purchased it for a photo shoot so it served its purpose. Its a good quality umbrella, easy to open and close. However, to avoid little pinched fingers, it would be best for an adult to open and close it.

I purchased 2 of these to go with the matching rain coat and boots Hatley makes. Very cute, well made and easy for my little ones hands to open and close without assistance or worry of it pinching them. So popular with my kiddos that I have now had to hide these!! I was worried about it being too big for my 2.5 year old, but it fits perfectly in her hands and gives her the right amount of coverage. Very happy with my purchase after searching long and hard for a quality umbrella suitable for toddler life.
