> 3 dayMy shampoo was defective. The pump was leaking and the shampoo smelled terrible. I usually have a good experience but this has happened one other time when I ordered the same shampoo from Target’s website. I think it happens when the pump/bottle has a leak and exposes the shampoo to the air. It messes with the shampoo somehow and makes it smell really awful! I’ve contact customer support to try to get a refund or replacement. I have to reach out to CS manually since their default option is to return the item. But who wants a bad, opened bottle of shampoo??
