Dont believe what other reviewers say about the sides not rotating. People who did that did not install it on the car seats. They just opened the box, do a dry run and tried to rotate the sides. When you do that, it will not rotate. Why? The bracket and attachment is not secured to the headrest pillars. When you look at it at first on how the sides is attached, you will think that it will not rotate. I almost sent it back until I decided to install it to the headrest pillars. Wallah! it rotated up and down. I will never do a long drive without these headrest pillows. What a game changer. I also like the way it attaches to the headrest pillars compared to the other designs that are more expensive. I ordered 1 at first to check it out and just ordered 3 more. BUYERS, PLEASE INSTALL THE PRODUCT TO THE HEADREST PILLARS FIRST BEFORE YOU RETURN IT BECAUSE YOU THINK IT DOES NOT ROTATE BY THE LOOKS OF THE DESIGN AND ATTACHMENT.

This headrest works really well and is quite comfortable for children and adults, however, one side snapped off after normal wear and tear after 6 months.

I was a little surprised with the bulk of vision it blocks to each side of the headrest. From a passenger standpoint, it is quite nice to have for a nap on long trips, but from the drivers seat, I really dont like how much it blocks my view of that side of the car. Probably not an issue if you only rely on side mirrors, but I prefer to look due to blind spots in the mirrors. This would be less of an issue if the device just snapped on and off, but it takes a special tool to remove my head-rests, so it isnt a quick on and off. I think I will only use this on long trips where a passenger will really need it. So I would say this is average

I returned this item as the side pieces do not rotate as described. Product quality looked and felt very nice but not having the option to rotate the side pieces prevented it from moving from the upright position.

I had this installed in about 10 minutes. It was pretty straight forward after fallowing the instructions. Once it was in, it was fairly easy to use. The sides panels can be clicked downward low enough that my 9 year old could use it and adjusted higher for adult use. My only complaint is that you can adjust this past the point of the headrest. In some cars this might not be a problem, but in our minivan, the headrests can be clicked far enough back that it makes entering/exiting the vehicle annoying. Usually this is not a problem as I just click it in the vertical 12-oclock position but when the kids are getting in and out of the card, this is one of the things they hang onto getting in and out. All that being said it works better than the neck pillow I keep in the car.
