Greater than one weekThis pressure is the perfect companion to my daughters Cricket printer. She is able to press on decals much easier using this press than using an iron. She LOVES it.

> 3 dayThis heat press is very easy to use. Husband got me a Cricut and an iron wasn’t working for my projects. Came across this product and so happy I got it. Ironing on any Cricut projects made it easy and quick for me. Doesn’t take long to heat up either which is great! Would recommend

> 3 dayEdit: Ive changed my review to a 5 star. The company was able to send another device, and this one did not come with any goo or stickiness on it. Moreover, I did some testing with the laser temperature gauge to check, and the plate was now putting out accurate heat ranges. The device does include instructions for types of materials to be used with the three selectable ranges, and the temperature ranges are accurate for what theyve prescribed. I knocked out a few additional projects, and everything panned out smoothly and perfectly. It is honestly the PERFECT SIZE for the project types that I purchased it for - and at half the cost of the Cricut or other competitor products. If you are looking for a scrappy, high performance alternative from a company with great customer service--then definitely look to this heat press. It is quite attractive as well. Glad that I got things sorted out properly. Original Review ----------------------------------------------- Was really looking forward to a cheaper option than the expensive Cricut presses. I sew and hand bind books, which typically have a 4x7 or less footprint for HTV to lay down. This was perfect, in an ideal world. However, the product arrived obviously used and covered with something bizarrely sticky on the plate. I spent an inordinate amount of time and Goo-b-gone cleaning it up. I tried not to hold it against the company, as Amazon handles fulfillment. Maybe they just mixed in a return? But I gave it a shot. It failed to adhere my vinyl, despite following the included instructions. Okay... In my mind, maybe its the vinyl. Perhaps Im buying terrible vinyl? I think of a test solution. Check the heat output! With my stunningly accurate laser thermometer, I can see that the plate is almost 60 degrees cooler than it should be based on the recommended materials. I know Cricut has temperature settings to accurately lay any materials down. The temperature just matters too much to leave to a massive swing. On top of the let down of the used product. I guess I should probably return it. Bummer.

Greater than one weekI returned the first one that I received because there was a defect with the cord and it looked like it had been used already. The replacement I received had damage to the packaging, but it also looked ike it had been used and had some kind of residue on the iron itself. I tried to use it once, but it just wasnt powerful enough and I wasnt able to get an even heat distribution with some parts of the vinyl adhering better in different spots. Not the best iron Ive used, but not the worst either. I returned the replacement for a refund and am awaiting for it to be processed and to receive my refund. **updated** I spoke with the seller and they were wonderful. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. After I was sent another iron, this time it was new and the iron was much better and performed as it should. If you decide to purchase and receive a less than quality iron, contact their customer service and they will help you out and make sure you get a better product.
