My hub was having back pain with spasms so I tried this for him. He loves it, says it relieves the spasms pretty quickly. It’s b Large do covers his whole back from neck to lumbar area. Gets nice and toasty.

I thought it had said it had cooling on it also and it didn’t..otherwise fine

My only issue with this is the auto shut off. I wish it stayed on as l Iong as I wanted, but it does have a 2 hour setting. Has 6 levels of heat and 4 time settings. Overall great. I love the fact that it is one piece and not a sleeve over plastic

I love the cover and how it is well sealed. The other heating pad I own is cover by a case that easily comes off (which has burnt me when I fell asleep on it). This one is much safer in that regard. I also love how it has 6 different heat levels. The only dislike is the wiring. It would be better if it was one long cord instead of two separate ones deriving from the remote.

My old, ancient heating pad gave out, and bought this heating pad based on the reviews. I love it! It is lightweight, super soft, lots of heat settings so you can set it for the level of heat you want, has a timer function as well. The only thing to improve would be to have the on/off switch light up, so you can easily see it ( especially at night.) I have been using it nightly for back and leg pain, and it works great.

Loved this product. I suffer from PMS cramps and this was a life saver ! I bought one from Walgreens and that expensive and not useful. This is was a great choice

This heating pad is smaller than I thought but I love that it’s the size it is. It worked wonders! Wow! Great buy.

I definitely need a heating pad that focuses more on my neck and shoulders. This one is too small. The coils bunch up if you don’t let the blank cool flat.
