Product is amazing, but packaging was horrible. One of the tops was broken off, and one was open so there was lotion all over. That being said, the smell is to die for and the deal was great

The engineering of this bottle is horrible. Every bottle we are unable to extract about 3 oz, which we wind up not using . They need to redesign, the lid and straw for this bottle.
