Holds my clothes without wrinkles and has enough pocket space for the main items I need. My laptop fits in the pocket between the shoulder straps. Its comfortable and well thought out. The reason for five stars is there is no thought of where to put a water bag, I ended up adding a frame based bottle holder but it would have been nice to have a place in the pack.

This is an amazing carry on suit bag. I think 4 days is the max for this, I just got back from Vegas and had 1 suit, 2 dress shirts, additional casual wear, dress shoes, toiletries and all my chargers. Comes with a few nice accessories like a small accessory bag for cables, etc. I took one star off because at full capacity its very difficult to get a laptop (2015 MBP 15) to fit in the zipper pouch, but it still worked. It would be nice on the next version to have that slot expandable slightly at the edges so the shape of the bag doesnt impact ability to put a laptop in and out of that pouch. Overall very very happy though.

I ordered this bag to commute to work - and was very excited to use it, but it didn’t come with the described hanger that clips in to the top of the bag. I tried to use a normal suit hanger, but shape makes it difficult to role the bag up.

I bought this bag not for the daily commute/gym aspect that it is marketed for--but as a carry-on garment bag to carry my suit cross-country. I was admittedly very skeptical of the wrinkle-free claims and worried that I would arrive at my destination with a crumpled up, ruined suit. My experience was FAR from that, and I am so glad I made the investment in this bag. If you take the time to carefully pack up and roll the bag, your suit/pants/and shirt will be flawless--even after 12 hours of flying and traveling! No ironing needed whatsoever. Im so excited about this product, thank you so much. Besides it actually working, you can also feel the quality craftsmanship and durability of this bag. I knew right away that this was a lifetime purchase and Im so stoked about that considering the price. Cant recommend this bag enough! If youre hesitant about the price and if it actually works or not, buy it, and you wont regret it!

The bag was great for the first 2 weeks. but then the seam on the bottom of the dry bag started to separate and pull apart. I have tried to calling customer service multiple times but guess what, they dont have a warranty and there is no one who will help you. just some random person who answers the phone and says ill take down your information and someone will get back to you. No one ever gets back to you. I have been trying desperately to get help because the bag is exactly what I wanted for my bike commute. it is unfortunate that a company who makes a useful product has such HORRIBLE customer service.

Not good for airline travel with all the rolling options on the market. Maybe truly best for cyclists. I have no experience with the cycling only airline travel. I would not recommend this for airline travel unless you were going into some rough traveling country and needed to bring a suit or some other garment. Not good for airline frequent flyers like say, consultants.

Love this bag. Keeps my suits and shirts unwrinkled and I like the room for toiletries, shoes, etc. It looks sharp, too. Ive received many compliments on it. The only reason Im not giving this a 5 star review is that I wish it had a shoulder strap for the entire bag (not just one for the inner bag), in addition to the backpack straps.

Im a 42-44 jacket size, these are definitely meant for smaller people. Shoulders get crunched up a bit. I wish the bag was a little larger, can barely fit shoes, socks, underwear, toiletry bag, and a change of gym clothes. I have to hang my sweatshirt rather than stuffing it into the middle bag.
