They are not 3 packs, only two are filled but the third one is empty.

My hair is very fine. This gives it body and combined with Routine shampoo, I can now go THREE days without washing it.

Praise be for this product. I have curly long hair that just always seemed bleh by the way it look and when I made any attempt to tame it. I felt often like the crazy cat lady from The Simpsons, if my hair was a cartoon, thats what it would have looked like. I found this product probably 10 years ago thanks to my youngest sister and havent looked back. I normally buy it at Target but Ive noticed (not Covid related) that its out of stock a lot or there will be two bottles so I live in fear that one day they will discontinue this fabulous product. Try it, stock up, you will not be disappointed. If you are, Ill send you a picture of my dog expressing his apologies for me misleading you.
