Wheels are excellent and make for smooth travel while the bag is small enough to stow aboard the plane. Perfect if youre travelling light too. Theres no dents or scratches from my 22 hours of flight either. Not yet :)

Super easy to maneuver

Wheel broke off the bottom on the very first use. Im a Million Miler on an airline and have never seen this happen before.

This thing is HUGE. It exceeds most airline baggage restrictions and potentially could end up costing more at the airport. If you are packing for three or more or going on a month-long vacation this is a great buy.

It is only good as a carryon. The only time I booked it as checked in bag (they offered complimentary checkin), it was broken. The hard plastic outer shell is not very strong.

Small on the outside but large inside very flexible

It is a great size and I was very excited to use it because I am traveling a lot for work now. I was really disappointed to find that it cracked after flying twice, and it wasnt used as a checked bag.
