the product was stupidly shipped from China in a soft bag so that it arrived with one corner completely crushed... managed to pop that corner out, but im left with little confidence it will protect the inflator

The bag is pretty simple, it has only 1 huge compartment, but it fits ok and works fine for its purpose, at least it will protect the pump, which is actually 3x more expensive, than this case. Id say, this simple case is overpriced and could be cheaper.

This case is well made and offers protection for those who want to carry a little compressor in the RV, boat, or truck. Inflate your California King air mattress in a hurry, but protect your investment. Cheap insurance for an important tool.
