HERO Travel Umbrella – Windproof, Compact and Portable

Bought this for a trip to Ireland. Tucked in luggage perfectly; love the button to open AND close.

This umbrella is freaking AWESOME!! I live in Chicago where its windy and rainy during much of the year, so having a genuinely windproof umbrella is key. No matter how hard the wind is blowing this umbrella has remained unyielding and its large enough to keep me and a friend completely dry. Its also compact which is perfect for traveling- I carry it with me wherever I go. 10/10 would recommend!!

Great umbrella but I’m a little concerned about the weight. According to my luggage scale, it weighs 1.22 lbs. which doesn’t sound like a lot but I’m only allowed 50 lbs total on my overseas coach tour. For domestic travel the umbrella case will be wonderful to keep stuff dry when the umbrella is wet but I don’t think I’ll take it on this trip. A light weight rain poncho will need to suffice.

While in Europe it serve me awesomely.

This is a very large and well made umbrella. I was impressed with the quality and zip-up case it comes inside. However, it is so wide when opened and the weight is heavier than what I want to carry in my backpack while in Europe. I am returning it to order a lighter umbrella.

Used this recently on a trip to Paris. It kept me dry and was compact enough to fit into my travelon anti theft purse. The umbrella also has a umbrella cover that way youre keeping your belongings dry and water isnt dripping everywhere as well.

I purchased this umbrella for a trip to Ireland. The size is great for putting in a backpack. The hard case keeps it safe and it is windproof for those breezy days. I would definitely recommend this umbrella!

I like the size, it fits on my luggage. It seems strong enough, good quality and I love that you press it and it closes automatically.

I have not used this umbrella yet so can’t say how it will hold up in a windy day but umbrella seems very sturdy and opens and closes easily. It was a little bigger than I expected and will definitely cover more than 1 person easily. It comes with a cover and also a harder zip-up carrying case which makes it ideal for packing in a suitcase and keep it from getting crushed. Bought it for an upcoming trip to Ireland so hopefully it will fit the bill.

The umbrella itself is great! The case it comes in, is heavy for traveling. I will probably leave the case at home when I go on vacations.
