Pros: The backpack works great for commuting. It fits all my work items inside neatly. It looks professional and doesn’t get too bulgy if you pack it really full. It fits my 32oz hydroflask in the water bottle holder which was a surprisingly difficult thing to find in a backpack! The zippers all feel really sturdy and so far the pack has been holding up great. The charging and headphone jacks stay in place unlike other back with this feature. Also there’s a pocket right below the charging port for your power bank which is great. Stands up on its own which is great so I don’t have to prop it against something. Cons: I wish there was a zipper pocket on the flap that covers the whole pack because it seems like some wasted space. This pack distributes the weight straight to the lowest part of the backpack jabbing into your lower back if you have too much in there. There’s not a whole lot of pockets inside the pack but there’s enough to organize the necessities. Sometimes the magnets take some fiddling to get them in place.

I love this bag. I only have one issue is the charger part of the bag stop working after 2 use & wouldnt recharge..but the bag itself is great

The backpack was smaller than advertised. It was only 11 wide x 16 tall and 6.5 deep. We needed the size they listed, so we sent it back. Super annoying.

Every day a either a complete stranger or coworker stops to tell me I love your bag. Great quality, fits a lot more than the pictures show (big Tupperwares). 10 out of 10 would buy again

Bought this for my son to use for school. Really nice bag. Fits all his stuff but last week the decorative strap with one of the top button closures fell off. He has no idea when it did. So he couldn’t close that side of the flap. Today he was closing the one side he could and the base of that button magnet is gone. So now the flap is hanging loose. Luckily- the compartments of the bag have zippers to keep everything from falling out, but this is disappointing since he has only been using it for a month & I’m outside any return window.

Incredibly happy and impressed with this back pack perfect size, comfortable to carry, the padded pocket for laptop is a plus and it’s large enough to fit big 3” binders.

I bought this backpack for school. I was scared of the quality of the backpack however when I received it, it was great quality. I like how classy it looks. It great for traveling and very durable.

This bag is awesome but I actually did not need the heavy flap and dual buckles so I took some heavy shears and removed the heavy duty flap. The bag works better for me this way because the dual zippers keeps the bag closed perfectly. I traveled Route 66 for an entire month and ALL of my clothing and toiletries were contained in this backpack. I originally bought this to walk the 500 mile El Camino but I took a much larger backpack instead. BIG mistake! This is the bag I should have taken. I used 3 packing cubes inside and it all fits perfectly and it works great with or without packing cubes. I went in the TUMI store to look at backpacks and although they were 10X+ the cost, I really couldnt find a better backpack. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BACKPACK!
