> 3 dayWe just upgraded our pack n play to a model suited for older babies but I was concerned about it not being comfortable enough at bedtime compared to his crib. I was also worried about all the warnings they give you about adding extra mattresses and such. To be safe, we decided to slide it underneath the pack and play to fill the small gap between the bottom and the floor. (I added a sheet to keep it clean.). It supports him well and he slept great! We did try it inside the pack n play and it did fit great. Very snug. So, I don’t think there would be problems with it on ours. We just decided to err on the side of caution since we had that option on our style. We used ours for when we had guests. We have not traveled with it yet but it compresses down really well and isn’t very heavy. I think you could easily put it in a full size suitcase. The pad was soft textured with a firm side for infants and a softer side for toddlers.

> 3 dayIt fit perfectly and was so soft after it plumped up from the packaging. Playpen mattresses are designed to stand on and are hard. This was soft and with a sheet, felt like a real bed. Offering support but the softness of a crib. It was awesome for traveling.

> 3 dayMixed reviews on this one. Both sides are soft & comfy. Fits perfectly in pack n play. No crinkly noise. Mattress is warm & comforting when transitioning sleeping baby to this bed. Cons: the waterproof cover is not 100% waterproof & you can not easily wipe off water. The waterproof lining is in the inside. Outside is a soft material which will get wet. Which does keep the mattress *pretty* dry but not 100%. And the cover will be wet you cannot just wipw cover dry it soaks up liquid right away on the outside.. Atleast it doesnt make crinkly noise.. Also the 1st time removing the mattress cover was difficult for me, tough zipper. When my boyfriend tried he broke the zipper & now we cant get it on the way its suppose to. The mattress came nice & folded in 3, but now after a few months of using it, it no longer folds like that. You can fold in 2, but would have to tie it down for it to stay. We just tried washing this mattress since the lousy cover broke the 1st time we tried removing it, and now the mattress looks old and dirty as hell all over when it was just 1 spot on it before cleaning . I plan on writing rhis seller about the horrible cover zipper which claimed it is a high quality but ourd broke right away . Overall it is a comfortable foam breathable mattress with double sides, one firmer side for 0-9 months & the softer side for 9 months & up. But without the cover it can easily soak up liquids. Hopefully I can get the zipper fixed in future on the cover becauase now im even more fustrated at how dingy it looks after cleaning it and will only get dirtier more quickly since i cant secure the cover on

Greater than one weekI am the grandmother and I have an approximately 30 year old Graeco Pack N Play. My grandson who was 14 months old was coming to stay with us and I was trying to decide whether to buy a collapsible full size crib or make this more comfortable. I decided on the Hiccapop. Two things about the mattress were a very pleasant surprise. There was absolutely no plastic odor right out of the package. We try to be as organic as possible though this is not claiming to be an organic mattress. The second thing was how much more comfortable the pack and play was with this insert thus my grandson slept incredibly well. Shocking difference! Recently, we went on a family vacation and my daughter brought her Noona pack and play and called me when I was already in the airport asking me did I bring the Hiccapop mattress and I said I did not. I could tell she was upset so I immediately ordered another one to be delivered to our vacation rental in FL. It arrived the next day and again the baby, now 18 mos. slept like a charm. The companys service was extraordinary and we have nothing bad to say about it. I did not give stars for water resistance because I really dont know but my daughter has never complained. As for traveling it is very light weight and has a travel bag. It might be good for a newborn that doesnt move around much without a structured bed to hold it or maybe tummy time. We never used it that way. It is also unique in that it has the firm side for a newborn and a softer side for the older baby. The Pack N Plays are just extremely firm.

> 3 dayI wish they had this when my oldest was little! I was hesitant to purchase simply because of folks saying there was a space between the pack n play sides and mattress. I have a Graco pack n play from about 7 years ago, and yes, theres a space, but it’s maybe 1”? It was nothing major that I was overly concerned about. He sleeps SO much better with this, it’s incredible. The pack n play is so darn hard - and I get it - but this has seriously been a life-saver when we travel. Only downside is it obviously doesn’t fold up nice, but when I’m getting to sleep through the night versus being woken up 5+ times a night, I’ll gladly deal with the size. Reading all of the bad reviews? Just try it. I wasn’t sure either, but give it a go. Our little ones sleep on mattresses at home, so why make them sleep on what feels like plywood when you travel? It has a soft and hard side as well, which gave me peace of mind. With any parenthood decision, do what you think is best for you and your littles! I’m so happy with this purchase (and so is my son!)

> 3 dayMy daughter just turned 6 months old and is still sleeping in our room in the pack n play. She’s been up every night for a few weeks (slamming her legs down, this making a massive noice on the cardboard thing they’re supposed to “sleep” on). My husband is actually the one that mentioned that maybe she’s waking up because the pack n play is uncomfortable. After reading the reviews on this mattress, I ordered it right away. It came super fast and was packaged perfectly. After you cut the plastic ans allow the mattress to expand, it turns to its full shape after about two hours. My daughter used it for the first time last night and slept SO well! She did smack her legs down on it (once) in the beginning (it was much quieter now) but quickly fell asleep! Thank you for making such a quality product!! And the fact that you can not only travel easily with it (it trifolds and comes with a carrying bag), but it also has a lifetime warranty and has a soft and firm side! I wish I could give this more than 5 stars!!!!!

> 3 dayWent for the first trip to the in-laws after having the baby, he had been sleeping great at home in his crib. First night there sleeping in the pack n play...we were up and down all night with the baby. Next night...same thing. After this experience I was determined to not repeat this mistake. After reading hundreds of reviews and comparing multiple products I landed on the hiccapop tri fold. This has been one of the best purchases on Amazon I have made in the past year. Baby sleeps wonderfully for naps AND overnight! We have been using it for almost 3 months now on the infant side and still having great results! The mattresses that come with the pack n plays are just not suitable for (sound) sleeping, especially for babies. We have a Graco pack and play and it fits perfectly without any gaps. Customer service is also great as I can attest because the initial travel case had a tear in it and after reaching out I was immediately contacted and quickly shipped a replacement without any hassle or hoops to jump through! This is a great product and worth the money!

> 3 dayOur little one graduated from her bassinet earlier than I was ready to move her out of our room. I ordered the hiccapop mattress because they offered a firm side for younger kiddos. Safety is a major priority for me, but I knew the pack n play would not be comfortable enough for my little girl without a mattress. This mattress was a lifesaver and we have loved using it at home in her bed, travels, or even playing on the floor with for a soft surface. She sleeps great and loves being in her bed with this mattress. The zipper on our mattress cover broke when I was taking it off to waah it, and when I reached out to the team at Hiccapop they were so kind and replaced it immediately! So happy with this product and company!
