I purchased this speaker wire to connect my 5.1 home theater system. The copper color blends in with the wall so if a person is not looking closely, they cannot tell I have speaker wires running up the corner nook of the wall. In addition, the 100 foot spool was perfect for my needs.

Product is good quality as ive used it before but i still havent received my second order of 100ft since usps is useless

12/2 speaker wire is a must for longer run speakers, this wire is a great value in this application, each polarity is easily identified with the red stripe indicator, wire is a little stiff which was beneficial when running through the wall. Using this is an ATMOS 5.2.2 system.

Good pure copper. Strands on the thinner side. Decades ago it would be 14 gauge.

I purchased a 200 foot spool and as I was measuring it out it kept coming up short, not 200 feet so I measured it again and then again, everytime it came out 193 1/2 feet. It was 6 and a half feet short, so I contacted Amazon and they are looking into it. I am not the only one who got shorted. Another person wrote a review stating that he too got shorted. I wonder who elso got sorted but never said anything or did not realize it.

Theyre are actually 12 gauge as advertised.... Easy to cut and strip to size... You can use them bare or with speaker banana plugs.Great value...and they make my speakers S.I.N.G.!!!
