> 3 dayThe Aquadawn Handheld Shower Head is a great addition to my basement shower. It was the last shower that did not have a handheld head and it was overdue. If you have not used a handheld head like this you need to go for it. It makes rinsing legs, feet, hard to reach areas, and more so much better. What I did not expect was to like this over my other two handheld heads. This product comes well packaged, well designed, solid construction, and looks very sharp. An added bonus was that they included teflon tape in the package! I have experience with installing these heads and just like the others it is pretty straightforward of an install. The directions were helpful as well. When it comes to operation I really like the definitive clicks in between modes. It is much more a solid mode switch compared to handhelds I had used in the past. The many modes will be nice for users to switch between but I am a creature of habit and tend to gravitate toward a pretty plain spray. This unit accommodates that quite well. The unit did not impact my water pressure that I noticed but my basement does have some of the strongest pressure of the house. I woudl highly suggest this unit. Side note: Be sure you have some ceiling height between the top of your shower arm and ceiling or any obstructions. Adding in a shower wand tends to add height to your setup when it is in the cradle.

> 3 dayGreat pressure with different modes so I’m sure anyone can find the one they need. It also had a button to stop the flow which is always convenient!

> 3 dayThe shower head is plastic but appears to be a solid construction. They state 12 modes but they are counting mixing in between standard modes. Some of these mixes make no sense like mixing misting with a power spray. Having said that I found at least 4 modes that I liked and the on/off button is really useful when cleaning the shower and when bathing children. You just press the button to turn off and press it again to turn it back on. The classic shower mode is really nice. Mist mode is good for steaming. Generally, the head also has good flow. I installed this using my existing mount and hose. The mount I use is metal found here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FSC19VP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 which I highly recommend. The mount that comes with this shower head is plastic and my experience with these is that the ball mount tends to drop the head down unless you overtighten the plastic nut which eventually cracks under the stress. Most showerheads come with these plastic mounts so Im not going to knock it but I do recommend upgrading that part to a metal mount. The hose has an o-ring embedded in the end where it slides into the mount to help hold the shower head in position if you twist it to the side. Looks like a nice hose with brass insert visible on either end. At about $20 it is a good value.

11-12-2024This is a pretty fantastic shower head. It comes packaged pretty well, with the head itself and the part that connects to the shower pipe in soft cloth bags to prevent them from getting scratched up. The instructions are clear and straightforward enough that the install took me 5 minutes (it took me WAY longer to get my old showerhead off). Theres one small piece that came with the showerhead that the instructions dont mention anywhere, Im guessing its a flow restrictor, but theres no mention of where it goes, so I have that sitting on my counter until I figure it out, but it installed fine without it. There are no leaks, all the different spray modes work great and the button, albeit kind of jarring, works well to turn off the water to the head while you soap/lather up. Overall, Im really happy with this showerhead and if I needed anymore in my house right now, Id get more. If/when other shower heads are ready to be replaced, this will be high on my list as one of the replacement options.

Greater than one weekI absolutely love this shower head. As you can see from the pictures, I have an unusual shower configuration, due to an abnormally low water pipe, and since we have extremely chlorinated hard water, I also have an inline water filter. This shower made it very easy to configure the shower to my needs, with comprehensive directions & diagrams . A Realistic FAQ section and best of all, a flow restrictor that was not pre installed. There are 11 different pressure settings and a push button valve to turn on and off. The hose had two rubber gaskets and threads instead of the usual compression hose, that alway seem to leak. This is an excellent shower head with only one minor flaw. When using this as a hand held shower, (using the hose is optional) make sure you insert it tightly back into the bracket. The nut on the bottom of the shower head is a tiny bit big for the slot. It will go in and hold if you push just a little bit. I didnt the first time I used it, and it came out and down. Still, this is my new favorite shower head and finally I have a shower with enough pressure. Update: I realized I had put the shower hose together incorrectly. If you look at the last two pictures (now put together correctly) the hex nut attaches the hose to the holder, the smooth tapered nut attaches to the shower head, and doing so, makes it slide securely into the holder. My apologies to the manufactures, it was right there in the directions all along

12-12-2024I was impressed that the Aqua Dawn Shower Head came with detailed instructions and teflon tape to wrap around the threads in order to have a leak free installation. It was easy to install. The water pressure was very good. I enjoyed trying the different spray settings. I especially liked the ability to remove the the shower head from the holder so it can be hand held. It makes cleaning the tub so much easier. You can spray it down after cleaning..

> 3 dayInstallation was simple and all connections work without leaks. It seems like its well made and should last a long time. All of the settings work well and provide a nice variety. A wide range of water pressure settings as well. Nice and gentle on some settings and good pressure on others. The sleek matte black finish fits into my bathrooms motif. I am completely happy with the shower head.

> 3 dayWhen u 1st turn it on make sure its on low and that the button is turned on so the water can come out of it and flow because if its not then it builds back pressure and that pressure will have to come out of some where. Well for me it came out of my water filter thats in the picture and water burst out of it and everywhere. I realized that the water needed to be flowing through it to avoid that problem. I quickly fixed it and used it and it has some decent water pressure and different settings/ flow of water too. If someone doesnt know about keeping the button open for the water to come out it can cause a problem. I decided to not use this any more since I dont live alone and I didnt want this to be a potential problem for me. Its made of Good material and is sold and not plastic feeling, good water pressure and flow and a few different settings of range of water flow. Overall good, but for me I just couldnt continue to use given that I dont live alone and if the button is pressed to close it from flowing then back pressure will build up and cause a problem for me. Keep the button open/ on and always have the water flowing through it and u should be OK, and hopefully no one turns it off or forgets....
