Himalaya Complete Care is not my Natures Gate Creme De Anise toothpaste. However, since it seems to be discontinued, Im trying to get use to the Himalaya. I purchased the mint and that flavor is quite strong...will have to see if I can get use to it--maybe try a different flavor next time.

This toothpaste is my new favorite. I just tried it for the first time today and LOVE IT. It has a wonderful peppermint zing that lasts in your mouth for a long time, and it leaves my teeth feeling squeaky clean. The best thing is... NO toxic fluoride or carrageenan gum. Most other fluoride-free toothpastes have carrageenan gum in them, which a lot of people, like me, have a sensitivity to. Surprisingly, this product is made in India. Well done! I was a little reticent to buy 4 tubes at once, but now Im glad I did. Consider me a devotee.

I thought I had a winner at first, but I started noticing that my gums were irritated and I had bleeding when I flossed. It ended up being from this toothpaste and problems resolved themselves quickly when I quit using it. Unfortunately, it was not the correct toothpaste for me.
