This is my first Hioki clamp meter. The accuracy of the device is second to none. This is a must have for electronics tech and HVAC tech. The display is clear. The resolution of the display is one of the best in its class. Light weight, small enough to fit in your shirt pocket. The price is affordable. Made in Japan.

I purchased this meter to replace an old Hioki one that I lost on a job somewhere. I like the compact size, it fits in my tool bag, and the thin jaws make it easy to clamp around wires in tight spaces.

Bought to use for work here in the US. I loved that small size, that’s I totally what attracted me to it. It works, but the readings are quite slow or delayed. So I returned and decided to just get one from Home Depot. Just wish it was faster/more responsive.
