These worked good to hold the wire on a single strand of lights and werent as obtrusive looking as those multi-purpose light hangers you see at the big box stores. Im not sure it will work with the larger vintage style lights, but worked great for the modern lights.

Reviewing after a whole summer of use, which… you’d hope this product wouldn’t intend to be entirely disposable; But after one season every single clip has snapped and over about a 2 month period an entire line of lights hanging from our house has gradually Its Bottom line: these clips don’t last. Will search for metal clips IF they even exist nowadays!

Easy to put up and stayed in place

Used them to hang patio lights. Clipped them on gutters wires and the side of shingles. Survived a storm with no ptoblem

3 months in the sun holds string of decorative lights and this morning all on ground, I guess 1 broke and they all failed.

These worked well for the 1/2 inch cable on our light set. We had clips about every 6 inches. After 4 months we saw a few had broken and we were going to replace them. This morning the entire set had failed and all the lights were on the ground.

Worked as designed however the sun will break them in less than two months

Overall these werent too bad. They didnt work for me as I have larger 5 gutters. Most homes use 4 gutters. I had to purchase other clips from Walmart that were made for larger gutters.
