These fit in great to my old C9 strands. Pic attached shows the brightness difference, note the old glass bulbs, which break if you look at them wrong, are on a tray as I was concerned about the heat on the floor, as we all know, the heat from old glass bulbs is ridiculous. Did people really put these on indoor trees? That is why I swapped them out, they were killing the pine needles on my outdoor tree I string these on! These bulbs have virtually no heat, though the socket gets a little warm. I bought 2 packs of purple and 2 packs of the multi to co-mingle, ( multi bulbs na right now). Yes, incredibly expensive, but Im old school and wanted to use my current strands and have the bulbs be replaceable. I see the price has gone up again since I bought them 2 weeks ago :( They were shipped in a plain fed ex bag, but none broke, so that is a testament to their strength.

Cant say enough good things about Holiday Lighting Outlet and their lights I ordered. They are just as brilliant as the incandescent bulbs they replaced. Im tired of having to replace 15 to 20 incandescent bulbs every time I set them out. One of the reviews I read said something about the plastic bag packaging was lack luster for the price he paid. Im betting that Holiday Lighting buys the commercial bulbs in bulk and passes the savings on to their customers. For the quality of the LED bulbs and the great price, I have no problem with the packaging.

Had trouble x2 getting the right size in this color. They came too small even though the other colors ordered were numbered the same

As others have noted, these lights cost a bit more than their cousins but the quality is fantastic. I wish there was a picture of the back of the box to save questions. Love the softer glow--much better than the cold bluish cast of the other set we had. One bulb in the set didnt work, and were working on getting it replaced. However, cant downgrade the stars as that can happen with any product such as this. Very happy with them.

Changing our old C9 bulbs out for more cost effective bulbs. Was so nice to be able to replace bulbs and not throw away good wiring. Have ordered more to finish having LED in our bushes.
