Greater than one weekThese are effective but the design has a major flaw! They are soft enough to be chewed up and then eaten by a toddler who has half of his molars. So it defeats the purpose. It might be good for babies without any teeth but toddlers could end up ingesting the material.

2.Before the first use and after each use, please put our molar teethers in the dishwasher or by hand wash with soapy water, and rinsed with boiling water for about 1min. (The boiled water should cover the product to avoid touch the pot) .
