We used it with a Graco extend2fit and it was perfect! I really hesitated to spend the money on this but after using its totally worth every cent! It made getting from the car, through the airport and on the plane so much easier! It was very secure as long as you follow the directions and use the latch strap in addition to the horizontal belt provided. Honestly Im so thankful this product is available and that I splurged on it instead of just buying a second cheaper car seat at our destination. I love this thing and even though we dont travel much it was still worth purchasing.

I had borrowed one of these years ago so i thought I’d buy one for my most recent past trip. I used it for transporting a car seat with my child in it like in the display picture. It is very convenient, i will give it that! Only problem i had with it was it is terrible over bumps. TERRIBLE. I don’t know how many times it almost flipped because it couldn’t handle a bump at the airport. On smooth surface it’s great though! The belt it comes with is okay, but i used the car seats buckles to reinforce it.

***Update It worked out great at the airport and walking out to the rental car shuttle etc. Both with and without the kid. You need to ensure the seat is properly placed and the harness appropriately tightened. Worked like a charm after that , walking around on flat surfaces, escalators and getting into trains etc. It wasnt meant for off roading, if you get the drift. But for all travel related usage it worked out great. So far so good. We took it around for a test spin with my son sitting in his car set strapped on and it seemed pretty stable. Will put it to a real test through the airport in a couple of weeks. The car set itself was pretty easy and straight forward to strap onto the stroller. We have the Diono Radian RXT All-In-One Convertible Car Seat. Our son loves the car seat and the ride in the stroller was uneventful. I will update the review if I find anything else after the trip. But so far the experience has been great.

It’s an amazing idea, but not the best execution. This product only really works with a flat bottom car seat, otherwise the seat leans to one side or the other until it falls. It’s also very hard to tighten the belt enough… a ratchet would do better.

Having traveled without this car seat travel roller on our flight out, I’d have to say it’s definitely worth it. We have a Chicco toddler car seat that weighs about 50 lbs. It made things much easier and manageable on the return flight. My toddler stayed seated in it the entire time! You can’t do any crazy turns with it but as long as you keep it in a straight line, it works perfectly. It is a bit of a hassle getting though the plane aisles but that’s due to the larger width of the car seat. We will use this on every flight from now on!

This product looks great and is a wonderful concept, but when put to use it did not work. The base was not large enough to support the carseat. And my carsest was very narrow. The extra grip strips came off and the carseat kept falling off the cart. I would NOT recommend this product.

The car seat fit on this well, but this tips over too easily when trying to turn. Fortunately my child was not injured but I did not feel safe leaving her strapped into the car seat when attached to this so I ended up carrying her anyways which defeated the purpose of this item.

This car seat stroller was an absolute migraine in the airport. My car seat is a rear-facing seat so it has a decent amount of “lean back” to it. It BARELY fit on the cart base. When I turned it to from facing, it still barely fit. I would strap it down as tightly as possible with the supplied strap and the anchor harness on the seat, even used the grip stickers on where the seat touched, but it would slip off constantly! Even just going straight would make the tip over. I spent more time fixing the seat I was pulling than actually pulling it. It is insane that this piece of junk costs $70, not even remotely worth the money.

We brought our 2 year old across the country, and used this in between the airport, ubers, and car rentals with our Graco car seat. The only downside is the strap comes loose too easily as others have mentioned. Holms solution was to give us 2 sticky pads to affix to the cart, but they came off after a short amount of use. Holm, please re-think your strap.

This was a life saver!! Instead of lugging around a stroller and a car seat this made it easy to cart my 2 year old around the airport without more baby gear or her just running around. The reason for only 4 stars is that it only comes with one harness which wasn’t enough to keep our graco extend2fit secure and snug. We added some bungee cords and it added the extra security.
