> 24 hourCant beat these brackets for their price. I have 3 of them holding up a 4x8 sheet of 3/4 particle board and theyre holding up perfectly in my garage. The included hardware has been perfect for my needs (about 150 lbs on each shelf so far). I like that the brackets have holes in line for the screws/bolts that go into the framing of the wall, and the included smaller screws hold perfectly into the shelf. These brackets are way cheaper then anything I could find and competing major hardware stores in my area and are easily more than twice as strong.

> 24 hourThese are a rock solid product. The weight and feel of the brackets were superior. They could hold up a car. I hardly do reviews, but had to do this one. I was so impressed. I would definitely buy these again and recommend them to anyone.

> 24 hourBetter fasteners would be a plus. I used ¼” lag bolts.

> 24 hourI ordered these in Feb. 2020. I was hoping to go with the floating bookshelves, but it seems most people dont actually use bookshelves (floating or otherwise) to hold books, but knick knacks. Thats not conducive to my needs since I teach literature and then genuinely love reading. So I went with these. Theyre much more cost effective than going to a Home Depot or Lowes. Months later, I havent had any problems with them holding up my books. I used them on shelves I got from Home Depot that can hold up to 50lbs per foot. The only issue I have with them is there are four holes behind the diagonal bar that runs across the bracket ends. This made it extremely difficult to get screws all the way through because they slid and ground down against the bracket. I struggled using the electric screwdriver, so once done, my husband gave me the socket wrench. But that also proved extremely difficult to use behind the bar. This all wouldnt be as big an issue if majority of the holes on the bracket werent under the bar, but theres six hole - 3 on each side - and only two are not under the diagonal bar. The result is I have 8 of the 10 brackets with at least one screw not fully embedded into the wall or the shelf. This is after I moved the brackets in a different spot on the wall to account for wall studs and where I thought the wall was the issue. Majority are in wall studs. So overall, while the quality of the bar is good, and Im confident theyll do their job, it seems the manufacturer didnt account for placing the holes or the diagonal bar in a position where people are screwing all six holes solidly into whatever theyre used for. Thus, the reliability and sturdiness are questionable over a long period of time. Its a waiting game for now, but I didnt do the full 50lbs/1ft for my books. Just to be safe. Picture 1: All shelves. I used these brackets on the top and bottom shelves. The middle shelves brackets are from Home Depot. Picture 2 (Blue arrows): Picture is under shelf. Screws are at angle because I couldnt screw it in straight and still get a fully screwed in Picture 3 (Red arrows): 3 brackets showing screws not fully embedded. Some are at an angle (in order to achieve deepest screw in); these are the ones that grated against brackets because they couldnt go any further given the angle. Some remained straight, but wouldnt go further. Pictures 4-5: Front angle and bottom angle of bracket to show placement of diagonal bar in comparison to where screw holes are / would be if not already screwed in wall. (Couldnt get it to turn upright, but thats a binder on the other side of shelf.) Picture 6: Just showing the five brackets and the bottom shelf.

> 24 hourI am looking forward to the installation. Right now I am awaiting a new roof. Hurricane Ian took off the old one in September and even though its been 6 months, the new one is still missing. These brackets will replace some old cupboards that held many cans of various screws, nuts, and bolts. Two pound coffee cans can end up holding a lot of pounds of weight! These brackets look like they will be just what I need.

> 24 hourI dont think I have ever seen a home grade right angle bracket this heavy duty in my life. These are 2x as thick as the ones theyre replacing. I wish the screws going into your wall studs were longer, and I may buy a couple longer ones...use 2 of the included and 2 of my chosing in each bracket. But yes I would absolutely recommend these to anyone who wants to be able to put a heavy load on the shelf theyre installing.

> 24 hourI bought these to build shelves in my garage out some old pallets I disassembled. These brackets are very strong. I installed them with the 12 side vertical and the 8 side horizontal. Ive done 2 shelves so far. The brackets being 16 apart screwed into every stud (make sure you hit those studs! ) and my shelves being 30x ~16. As a test I stacked 2 40 count water bottle cases to check stability. Held up so well I wanted to stack another just cause but didnt want to overreach and hurt myself. You wont regret buying these.

> 24 hourThis is the 2nd time I ordered these. They have been thoughtfully made. The holes are drilled a little offset where you can reach in with a cordless drill to install. They come with the needed screws and the screws are the correct length and larger/heavy duty diameter. They have a nice, even black paint on them. I am using them in my shop but if I wanted shelves in the house I would use them there as well.
