Greater than one weekBought these for wood planters on our dock. Installed month or two ahead of planters. Still looked brand new after being out in the sun and rain. Strong and sturdy. No weight issues with heavy wood planters. I bought a second box.

Greater than one weekSturdy brackets and long screws. Worked great for paint can shelves on studs. I screwed 3-4 brackets to studs per shelf. Home Depot cut me (4) 8’x12” shelves out of a sheet of 3/4” thick plywood. Measured & marked where I wanted the shelves and screwed together. Easy install, the screws impact drove deep into studs...not going anywhere. For those using for paint cans or very heavy things make sure you get at least 3/4” thick plywood and use 4 brackets for 8’ long shelf if not adding supports like I did. Also the smaller screws that screw into the shelves are under 3/4” so they don’t come through the shelf. Once the shelves were up, for extra support I notched out (3) 2x4s where the shelves met the 2x4 and installed them standing up, one on each end and one in the middle. I have no doubt the Brackets/shelves will hold the paint cans but I have 6 shelves on one wall and that’s a lot of weight in paint cans for 1 wall without the 2x4s support.

> 3 dayStrong and good price but some stuck out slightly further than others. Not a big deal as long as you make the shelves go further past the brackets

> 3 dayoverall I like these brackets, they are sturdy, and they are reasonably priced, but could you put some decent screws with them? Because the brace is in the way of 2 of the 3 mounting screws you need a very long bit, and use on a slight angle. Philip bits tend to strip if you cant stay straight on. Switching to a torx screw would be a simple fix to the problem and get you a 5 star rating!

> 3 dayAfter a year of research and consideration knew just about everything this was to know about pricing, colors, styles, you name if for wall brackets and hardware. For me, this are perfect. 10 heavy duty black quality attractive easy to install shell supports. Can NOT be happier. To my surprise, thick tight threaded long screws for the wall with small screws for the boards. Used a drill bit first to make application of screws easier. Drill bit as thick as the screw, but not as wide as the threads. Wasn’t certain these would hold these heavy brackets considering how much weight they’ll hold. Super snug fit. Very sturdy with added shelf. Needed a screw driver that could angle and also ratchet. Since my cordless electric screw driver didn’t fit well. Made the awkward angle for the second and third screw easy to navigate With the screw driver. Happen to have this type of screw driver already. Worked great. I’m using this first order for kitchen shelving over the stove and counter. They look really great. If someone doesn’t like black, these would be easy to primer and change the color. Even though there’s negative reviews for various reasons, if you’re looking for a sturdy steel black shelf brackets to support a lot of weight including screws these are for you. The price is phenomenal and I couldn’t beat it anywhere else. From big box to small retail and online searches. One of my all time favorite finds on amazon.com
