I love these. Im so glad to have found something without a bunch of chemicals. I have IBS and when I run in the morning, I cant eat any food before. These are perfect--quick fuel for a quick 5 miles or 3.1 race. They say for races and runs that short, you really dont need fancy fuel, but since food is not an option, they really saved me. Please dont ever change them.

Excellent source of boost when doing exercise they also taste great.

These are my go-to fuel for long distance running and half marathons. I have a relatively sensitive stomach that just cant handle other popular gu and chews, I can eat a whole pack of these without any issues. These things arent just effective, but they also taste amazing! The Pink Lemonade flavor is by far my favorite.

I bought these to bring with me to the hospital to eat for energy when I was in labor. They were one of the only things I wanted to eat during my long labor--delicious and simple enough to chew easily when trying to focus on giving birth. I still have plenty left over after the birth of my child, and I continue to find them to be a yummy snack when I need some quick energy or want something sweet.

Our family loves these.I believe they are for atheletes but our family uses them for road trips and school. I used to buy them at a local market to when I have to drive long distances. At parent teacher conferences my son’s teacher told me he is very sleepy in his last period class so I started buying them in bulk via amazon to put in my sons back pack for seventh period .
