I was a little disappointed when I opened the package. The boxes that the keypads come in from the factory look like hell. Not damaged, but looked like they had been kept in a service truck toolbox for sometime then returned. However the keypads were in is excellent shape and worked perfectly.

Replaced older keypad by just swapping wires.

Very stupid made product extremely difficult to program horrible screen resolution made of 60 year old technology biggest waste of money
