I cant speak for battery life of this product as I just received mine last week, but I can speak on the customer service of the company. I was super excited to get my booklight in the mail, I like to read in bed but dont want to reach over and shut off my bedside light (and disrupt a sleeping kitty). Blocking blue light is important to me, having three brightness settings is just the cherry on top! (I use it on the lowest setting and its plenty bright for me to easily read.) So, again, super excited when it arrived. I pulled it out of the box and adjusted the neck so I could charge it, and the neck dislodged from the clamp base. I tried to fix it, it was only hanging by the wires, and no go. Super bummed! The next day I sent a message to the company to explain what happened and had a response incredibly fast. The person who responded was very nice, apologized for what had happened, and offered to send me a replacement. Two days later my new one arrived and its fantastic! I get that things happen and products dont always end up as they should, and the way to recover from that is with good customer service. This company has that. Plus they have a great product. Definitely recommend!

I hate white light or anything LED tbh. This is the best, I love the warm lighting, the battery life lasts super long, and its very cute and portable.

Charge lasts a long time. The clip works great. Sometimes I think the brightest is too dim and other times it’s too bright so I assume it’s perfect. Really helps in retaining your night vision
