> 3 daySince my first grandson was born, weve had an issue each holiday, trying to get a place at the holiday table for him. One option was for them to bring a high chair. Cumbersome. Another was for me to buy one. Also cumbersome as I have nowhere to put it when not in use. And neither of those solves the issue of going somewhere as a family and finding no chair that suits little baby bear. I had one of these Hook on High Chairs for my own children, so Ive been on the hunt. This one is easy to get together although the directions are not that clear. Since Ive owned one, I knew in general how to do it. Its very comfortable for the child. It has a strap that will fit in between the legs, so you wont have an issue with the child sliding out. It holds up to 40 pounds which works for us.

> 3 dayThis baby seat has a lot of good things but it also has some pretty major kinds. The seat is soft, comfortable and sturdy. The cover is washable and it comes with a bag to carry in. Once affixed to the table, it stays in place. That said, its really difficult to put together. It took me about twenty minutes. Although part of the problem was the terrible instructions, I dont think I could reduce it to less than ten minutes after practice. The design is just not made for quickly putting it together which is necessary with little kids. All in all this is excellent for home use but not great for travel.

Greater than one weekMy friend has one of these, she loves hers. Now in order for me to used this properly I would have to buy a different tablet. We have a borad that runs right in the way. But if the tablet was flat under it will work. This will be great fir travel.

22-11-2024This product seems to be built well enough, but it has to depend on the table being able to support the weight of your baby cantilevered off the end of it. That means that the tabletop needs to be strong, the legs of the table need to give a wide enough base, and the table itself needs to be heavy enough not to be upended. Also note that theres a lot of screwing and unscrewing of the handles if you need to clear a large lip on the underside, as I did. It opens to a little more than 3.5 of clearance. On the bright side, it folds up nice and compact, making it far easier to travel with than a freestanding high chair. You just have to be sure that theres going to be a suitable table when you get where youre going. Otherwise youre toting it around for nothing. My advice: Go to where you intend to attach this thing, put your hands there, and lean onto the table. Does it make scary creaky sounds as the far end tries to lift up to the sky? If so, maybe this product isnt a good fit.

24-11-2024I actually wasnt sure how to assemble, and found a video (which I do not see onthe product page now) where it was assembled otu of the box. The man assemlbing it showed where to slip the ringss and how to slip the arms into the pieces that stick out of the chair. Neither had caps. What I received did. Once I watched the video, I realized i had to remove the caps. One came off easy, but the other did not. My son had to do it for me. It was also not easy to snap the top snaps on both sides. But okay, I got that all doen, and then I tried putting it on my dining room table, which is what I had gotten it for. We eat in our dining room, especially when there is company -- and so it is where my six month grandson joins us for brunch when he and his parents come. The chair cannot attach to the dining room table (first picture). Even if I twists the legs to the maximum space, the part of the table that sticks out is too longa nd too close to the edge. I am very disappointed. It did attach to the kitchen table we never use just fine (second picture). The quality of the materials is strong, and it all feels secure. It is reassuring on the product page to see the jug of water to demonstrate its strength. Sadly, though, it wont serve our needs.

> 3 dayThis is great for our baby that can sit up on her own! We enjoy taking it to parks and breweries to attach it to picnic tables. This one was a bit tricky to put together but once you know how to put it together, it does get easier. Haven’t washed it yet, but it is a great seat overall.

> 3 dayThe chair is well built. Using high quality materials, it is sturdy and durable, with high weight limit up to forty pounds. With simple while practical design, the assembling is easy and fast, and it is easy to mount and dismount. When being mounted, it is super secure and safe. The assembly is able to be folded, making it portable, and with its light weight, it is convenient to take with us wherever we go. It is comfortable, and my little one is happy to sit in.

Greater than one weekMy son is having a baby so this portable chair will be great when this child gets big enough to sit in a high chair. It fits securely on our new counters, has nice pouch to put it in when not using or if we want to go out to eat. It was very easy to assemble. This is better then having a high chair in our house because we wont use a high chair all of the time only when the kids are here. no extra space needed.
