I was getting a lot of Wheat Weevils in my pantry- getting into the flour, pasta, crackers, that sort of thing. I did a little research and read that bay leaves and cloves can repel them. So, i bought these little pouches and would put some cloves or bay leaves in the boxes of products I opened, such as Bisquick. It seems to be helping.

I am serious here. I live in greater Tampa Bay Florida and use these bags as Garlic chasers for Geckos. I use 1/2 head of Garlic in a bag with individual cloves loose and UNSMASHED, draw string tight/knotted. I place around/near doors or wherever Geckos are too close to getting in my home. Seems ( read online ) that Geckos and other pest HATE the smell of garlic. By not smashing the cloves ( We ) humans don’t smell it but the Geckos and PEST smell it and run away. About every 4 months I replace with new bags and new garlic. It is a cheap and natural PEST Control. Again - I’m serious here, this is how I use these bags.

I am using this to store my seeds. I grow flowers every year and i had stored them in baggies in the past but this year i had a bunch get moldy this year. No air movement, so I ordered these to store the seeds in. Working great. Even for poppy and pansy seeds which are tiny.

These favor bags are exactly what I wanted, but just a little too big. They come vacuum sealed in a box. Great little bags for wedding favors; however, I did end up returning them to get a smaller size for my wedding favors. If they had been the size I needed these would have been perfect for my use. Totally recommend!

These little organza bags were so cute! I used them for treat party favor bags for my Parent’s 65th Wedding Anniversary. I received so many compliments on how simple but elegant they were. I love decorating and being crafty. These bags were the perfect compliment to an awesome celebration! I am using the ones I have left for Mother’s Day treat bags for 12 of my friends and daughters!
