I bought this product specifically with file folder games in mind. A standard file folder opened and sent through a machine in one of these does not quite fit. It misses by somewhere in the ballpark of half an inch. If you’re OCD, don’t buy this with the intent to make games. If you can tolerate it like me, these are the only ones I can find on Amazon that come close. This is very economical for me. Send these through your laminator twice. We love file folder games; so, this is my best option right now.

Not sure if it was the pouches or the Fellowes Laminator Saturn3i 125 machine, but Ive ruined about four of the first six 11 x 17 sheets I tried to laminate. I tried to center the paper in the pouch and got crinkles or turned up edges until I started placing the paper toward the front end of the pouch. Since placing the paper in like that lamination is OK.
