The box was partially opened. If I was a true unopened box collector Id be livid but Im going to deal with it.

We submitted our names to be etched on the rover back before it went to Mars so this made for a cool little keepsake. My only complete is that the “head” and “neck” are made of a more flimsy plastic instead of metal so I have to make sure my toddler is gentle with it. I didn’t get it just to sit on a shelf so while I thought it would be neat to have as a keepsake I still want it to be durable for play.

My Hot Wheels car arrived in good condition, in original packaging, as pictured. My only quibble is how it was packaged; the Hot Wheels car box was inside a much larger shipping box (about 9” x 4” x 4”), with no bubble wrap or other padding. The corner of the Hot Wheels box was “bumped” (to use a book collecting term) when it arrived, and I suspect that this was a result of the packaging situation. Personally, I don’t really care about such a small thing, but if you are an avid Hot Wheels collector you might.
