I ordered these hand warmers over the Christmas holiday. We had a small issue with the packaging and quantity but the seller kindly helped us try and correct the issue as best they could. The effort and willingness to correct the problem was very appreciated. The product works awesome though and I love having my hand warmers while I work from home and try to keep the heater low and stay warm.
