The oil is Easy to apply- brings out the beautiful grain of my countertops. The conditioner gives a slight sheen and the water beads up beautifully.

Used this to oil and finish out new butcher block island top. Very easy to apply. Need to be careful as you can easily over use, but not a problem with the product. Colored our new wood beautifully.
