All is fine besides the fan makes too much noise too often.

At the moment I am very happy with my purchase. The laptop has a nice finish and looks stylish. One thing that I didn’t like is the weight. It looks light when you look at it but it is heavier than it seems. The second thing I didn’t like is that it came with Windows 10s. Nothing that can’t be fixed as I downloaded Windows home for free. The laptop handles everyday things like email, web surfing, and creation of documents like a champ. Watching videos and movies is a breeze and you can even play some of your favorite games thanks to its 8GB of Ram and its Ryzen 3 processor. It comes with a 1 month trial of 365 which I do not need since I can access it online from my student account.

Is this the Windows like the headline says, or is it a 10 in S mode? There is a huge difference in that in the S mode, you CANNOT download apps unless they come from Microsoft. That mean you uses apps like iTunes, you would NOT be able to able to load the app to manage your music. ,

The shipping and delivery were outstanding! Start up and programs all run quickly and most are efficient - but that is always the way it should be with a new item. However, issues began when I started streaming any content from a variety of online sources like Xfinity, Amazon, Netflix, and it got worse trying to watch live sports. The video flickers and the audio lags. May be returning product if the drivers cant finesse the signal.

No this laptop is not worth the cost. Very disappointed

Laptop is decent, very light weight, my only issue is that it runs kind of slow when opening and loading web browsers. The ram can be upgraded to speed it up. Other than that, its a good computer with lots of storage space.

It is great but it really needed a CD/DVD slot to add software.
